Jokic's performance is one of the best we've seen in years. This guy is a true star player and I don't think there is a better candidate to be MVP. I really like what he does, I wonder if he will stay with the Nuggets next year.
I think this player deserves to be champion, I would like to see him in a better team Cheesy

There’s a lot of player that destroyed there career by leaving the team that make him famous just to join different team with already a star player. Jokic just need a help and doesn’t need to be trade just to get championship. A player like Kawhi Leonard is enough to help him to go in the finals. Jokic really deserve to become an MVP because he single handedly carry Nuggets in to the playoffs with his consistent impressive performance. I doubt Nuggets will trade him though.

What the heck is happening with the Chicago Bulls? That is just their worst performance of the season. Hornets killed them and there's even one point where they are stuck at 39 points in the first half. So it's true, they are just hyped and nothing more.
I watched the game and my eyes could not even take it, defense none, boxing out to take the rebound none. Sure their offense is one of the top but if you cannot get stops you will just end up losing your game.
The 76ers or Celtics will definitely devour them in the playoffs unless something bad happens.

The absence of Lonzo and Caruso especially Caruso can be felt if you are watching them playing.
Their defense is very weak that they are allowing a team like Hornets to score 133 points. I thought that they can sustain their spot when they are at the top 1-3 at least but it seems that they aren't. Two injured core players only and they are crumbling. I can't say that they are hyped because they can be a playoff contender if they are complete. Its just that injuries killed the chances of the Bulls which is quite unfortunate.

I thought only the Lakers are choking but it seems that the Jazz too as well. They led by 17 coming into the 4th quarter but the Suns just outscored them in the 4th quarter 36-13 to get the victory. Take note that it is also their home court. For sure coach Snyder is very upset with his team.

Can you name those players who have ruined their career because they moved to another team with an existing superstar in it?
Two of the major players that moved to a different team with an existing superstar are LeBron and Durant, but their career wasn't "destroyed" instead they won their first championship from a different team.

Well If you doubt the Nuggets would trade him? Don't doubt coz that will never happen. What kind of dumb team to trade their franchise player? Lol. What the Nuggets need this year is Murray to come back. If this Nuggets team remains intact in the next couple of years, they'll have a higher chance of getting the championship.

Haha, that was too much hate bro, why are the Los Angeles Lakers still include in the discussion? Only choking out of 30 teams? That was impossible. Let's move on with the Lakers. Peace.

Utah Jazz just did it recently against the Golden State Warriors. They blow a 21 points lead in that game. Overall, they only win 3 out of their 10 last games.

Isn't it that more choked much, especially since this team is a playoff-bound team compared to a trash Los Angeles Lakers? But in the first place, the Lakers shouldn't be mentioned in that Utah Jazz scenario lol.

Another good example is Dirk, he didn't leave the team, and he won a ring against Lebron and Wade. So I guess the blue print is there already, the Nuggets management just need to piece together good players around him. Hopefully, with Jamal Murray and Porter Jr, Jokic can achieved an NBA championship maybe in the next 2 years. He just need to stay healthy though.
Well said.
Said names are all young guys. They have a lot of years to look forward for a championship.
Jokic at 27, Jamal Murray at 25, and Michael Porter Jr. at 23 years old. Jokic is in his prime while the two young guys are still being built up and we already witness how good they are even at young age.
They can do it as long as the management keeps them. There's just no telling when but I have high hopes they will as they progress in the sport.
Joker has no issues at building chemistry, I mean look at Aaron Gordon playing like he was part of the team for years.

As what we have been saying, the Jazz is good in the regular season games, but when it's playoff times, they choke big time.

And now with just a couple of games in the regular season, they are failing, so what's more if they enter into the playoff now. Probably first round exit for them and maybe this team will have to rebuild or at least make some corrective actions as who is the player they are going to retain and who is going to be traded.

It's also noted that Jokic has lost a lot of weight during the bubble that when he started to play he was unrecognizable. But it seems it help him a lot because he has that 'finesse' when he is on the block and playing iso. And yes, Murray and Porter Jr + Gordon will be a big part or big help to him. But currently, it's up to him to carry the team and he did pretty good and again, candidate for the MVP this season.

No question that he would win the MVP this season, however, I'm still worried about their playoffs, we have strong teams in the West that could match them, and them playing undermanned, I think they will be in trouble against a healthy team. However, I still wish them to win the first round, at least the first round.

if only Howard didn't bother Jokic and just have a clean basketball and don't use that mind games against the young Joker,
but we have seen this Big guy to mature. He's not that kid anymore and with solid selections around him, they can do it
for sure he will not leave this team without a title.

I thought only the Lakers are choking but it seems that the Jazz too as well. They led by 17 coming into the 4th quarter but the Suns just outscored them in the 4th quarter 36-13 to get the victory. Take note that it is also their home court. For sure coach Snyder is very upset with his team.

Haha, that was too much hate bro, why are the Los Angeles Lakers still include in the discussion? Only choking out of 30 teams? That was impossible. Let's move on with the Lakers. Peace.
Hahaha I forgot that I already said as well to stop discussing about the Lakers so.... yeah lets move on with the Lakers Smiley Peace. I will not say anything about them anymore (at least for now Cheesy).

With regards to playoffs, no offense for the Nuggets but I don't think that they can pass at least the first round. There is a chance that they will face either the Mavericks or the Warriors in the first round and with how these 2 teams are playing, I don't think that they will exit at the first round as well. Maybe they can beat the Mavericks but a healthy Warriors team? I don't think so and besides, I'm a Warrior fan so I'm a bit bias on that as well Tongue. Kudos to Jokic on how he played this season and he deserves another MVP title.

You are right too that the Nuggets are undermanned right now and an undermanned team means disaster when it comes to playoffs and we've seen many teams who are undermanned and ending up losing. It also happened to them are undermanned against the Suns where they got swept last season.

Who knows things will be change when he is on nets especially if he get proper support to his teammates and his coaches then he will got huge confidence to shot more better than when he is on sixers, But I believe Nets will not get a problem in that area since they already have quality shooters on their team and most provably they need Simmons defensive presence and passing to make their team more better.

I doubt there will be a change of his shooting on Simmons part. No need to do that as what Nets like him to do is to play on his usual and within his comfort zone. Let the shooting does with his teammates and he just needs to focus on his preferred skill. It's impossible for me to think that he's not getting full support from his former team. Shooting might not just be his main skill but his driving to the hoop and defense skill is one of the best in the league.

He is a big contribution to the Nets team but we have to wait until next season before seeing him fully play as per the report, he won't play these playoffs/play-in for unknown reasons. These types of players really have to work on their pride management.

I think you misunderstood what Steve Nash have said it. Ben Simmons is only ruled out in the remaining games of regular season and in the play-in tournament, he still have a chance to play in the playoffs if his injuries will be healed.

However I agree on that part that you've said that Simmons should let his teammates to do the shooting and offensive tactics because they already got that part. What he needs to do is to be help in the assist his teammates to get an easier points and ofcourse his preferred skill which is chasing and defensive style.

Well, maybe because Murray is having a lot of improvement in these recent weeks that have passed and he's likely to play in the playoffs in no time. While Porter Jr. is having some setbacks lately and his timeline now in returning to the court is now again undetermined. But hopefully things could go into their favor and give Joker a help.

I think that's part of the young Joker's fate, and if it wasn't for that then he won't be matured like we're seeing now and made himself more liable in the court than his previous year.

^^ Well you can't blame someone who put some blame on Vogel. He is the anchor of the team so he has some liability as well as how the Lakers turn out to be this season.

I think this is one of Lebron's disappointing season as a player, too much hype and expectation on the team they build around him and Davis, but it sucks, lol. They are now back to the drawing board next season and maybe this will be his final run as a Laker.

Well, they already had this coming ever since the season have started because the current roster is almost consists of heavy players who are already out of their prime or haven't used to play as a support like WB who used to be an alpha of his former teams, but that doesn't excuses him the way he played this season. I mean look at his average PPG now, it's much more lower than his previous season that he was on the Washington Wizards.

LeBron is really disappointed, indeed! From trying to build a superteam that turns into a losing magnet in the league.

We already knew the Golden State Warriors would beat the Lakers, but Talen Horton-Tucker's performance with the Lakers surprised me. He scored 40 points in this game and I think he showed that he is one of the players who will make the most of his name in the future.
If he works a little harder and has 1-2 more good players next to him, this young player's star can shine, I think he has potential Smiley
He was not able to show his true potential because the Lakers already have the big 3 that is expected to produce for the team. Look how the other players are playing with the big 3 are absent, they still play well despite because undermanned and that's what the Laker's management failed to utilize.

The fact that the Lakers aren't playing well is an opportunity for Horton-Tucker, he wouldn't have been able to perform like this if he had been playing for a great team and wouldn't have taken this long. Thanks to young players playing in such teams, they can improve themselves and reach high performances. No one would have even watched Horton-Tucker if it had been Westbrook and LeBron playing so well on the court Cheesy

, he wouldn't have been able to perform like this if he had been playing for a great team and wouldn't have taken this long.
I don't know about that. There are a number of leading teams that would have given him time to play and perform. I think the current Miami Heat is a good example of a franchise that has one of the best rotation of players. The Suns is another team that could have utilized him well.

LeBron is really disappointed, indeed! From trying to build a superteam that turns into a losing magnet in the league.

The Lakers didn't build a superteam. LeBron just uses his influence to give chance to other players that are already past their prime but no teams are interested in signing them again. Look at Westbrook, the Wizards didn't even make an attempt to make him stay. Look at Dwight Howard, Sixers didn't keep him even though they need another big man alongside Joel Embiid. Look at Carmelo Anthony, no teams signed him during the 2019 season and Blazers just give him a chance mid-season. After that LeBron welcomed him to join the Lakers.

They are not building a superteam. The fans just named the team a super team which is really not.
