I was expecting tha the Clippers will win the game after seeing them having a comfortable lead when KAT was fouled out. But, the young roster of the Timberwolves did not gave up, Edwards was so big in this game as he leads the team for this victory.

Congratulations to the Timberwolves, they are now officially in the playoffs.
Can they beat the red hot Memphis?

I also predicted on the Clippers on winning on this one but I was wrong. Well, the Clippers still has another chance to maintain the 8th seed if they will win against the winner of the 9th-10th match-up.

Now with regards to TWolves beating Memphis, they simply can't. Just look at how the Grizzlies played this season. From being 9th only last season to now the top 2. That is a huge jump of the standings and with their young and talented roster, I believe that they can be a playoff team for at least 3 years. There is no chance for the Timberwolves to beat the Grizzlies. I'll go with Memphis in 5 games here.

Well, we all know that Memphis has had a great season so far, they even win many games without Morant, but we cannot underestimate the Timberwolves, they are also a balanced team and they are hungry for a win. They are now back in the playoffs after missing many playoffs, so I believe that they'll give the Memphis a good fight.

Yes its a bold prediction because I believe in the Grizzlies and I think that they will get this one.
Even though that is my prediction, I'm not saying that this series will be a close series. The morale of Timberwolves right now is at its highest just by looking on how they celebrated with their win against the Clippers.

I'm a bit biased with the Grizzlies so I think it would be better to say something about the Timberwolves as well. The acquisition of Patrick Beverley helped the team because he is like the captain of the team. He boosts the morale of his team, he is a good defender, he is an annoying defender we know that and his trashtalking is just at its peak to the point that it affects their opponents. I just hope that KAT will not be fouled out again in this series because it will be a huge problem for them if he will not play at the final minutes of the game.

It is a big challenge for Ja Morant to how he can continue his great performance when PAT will be put in charge to guard him. It's time for him to prove himself that he is a legit superstar already, and not getting easily intimated by the pesky defense of PAT. As of now, in the betting odds, they are the heavy favorite to win the series against the Timberwolves.

Yes, he needs to step up his game more because Patrick can be so troublesome when he is guarding and it is likely that he will be put to guard Ja Morant but I know he will somehow overcome that challenge but if he cannot he is still understandable because he is still young and he still a lot to improve along the way. The good thing is that he can do great things despite his age.

I love underdog betting so it may not be the wisest opinion but for me it's okay. IMO, they proved something by winning the remaining season games to reach this place in the playoffs so might as well go risk it for them if you are a Nets fan. They had their rest and more, by the time they face Boston Celtics they should've created a bit of chemistry. Also, I saw great changes when Kyrie was inserted throughout the season and the tournament. I can say they've improved a bit unlike when KD was alone or Harden back then.

The odds are tempting for the Brooklyn Nets to win the series against the Boston Celtics. During the last phase of the season, we see the duo of Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant is on the highest level. However, there are games where even if these two puts up a big production, they still lose.

And the reason? The adjustment from their teammates. That's what they lacking compare to a Boston Celtics that aside from Green and Tatum is on red hot, their teammates are also likewise. Hard to compete against Boston when both Green and Tatum are on-fire.

On the other hand, a healthy Boston Celtics can also destroy the Brookly Nets.

The Celtics got deeper bench support compared to the Nets.

It now depends on how their respective superstars will try to maintain their best performance in the game. Tatum and Brown are noticeable much-improved players and when worked together efficiently, their winning percentage is high compared to other duos in the league.

It is sad to see Spurs go but we basically had no idea that we would be playing the 83rd game of the season anyway, it was the Lakers having like only 4-5 wins after the whole allstar break, they sucked so bad that they were as good as the lowest level team in the league for that period and that is why Spurs found themselves in this play-in tournament, we didn't even assume we would be here before the break and that is a great thing for the time being.

All in all this was extra experience for the players and next season we could actually get better. With one anchor in defense with Poeltl who is getting better and a leader like Murray, filled with young stars around them, we are going to be great in a few years.

D Murray will be the leader of the team in the next couple of years. Hopefully he will stay with the Spurs because I think they could be a better team. The chemistry is already there, the coach and the management is supportive for this young guys, it's that they don't have the needed experience.

Jokic had been phenomenal this season shouldering the weight of the Nuggets team to get to this point. While the Warriors' bench players stepped up their game to avoid a losing streak while most of their starters are rotationally suffering from different injuries.
The focal point of the Nuggets is a center, the Warriors have their guards. It's not really a good match but if it's Jazz or Suns we could see a battle in the paint. Let's see how Draymond and Looney will handle Jokic and their ex-teammate Cousins.

A simple counter to Jokic will finish the Nuggets series since we already know how ineffective Nuggets when Jokic is not performing well in the match. I think it will be more on Draymond task to stop Jokic in this series. For sure he will have to used mind games here, we've seen the Dwight was able to distract Jokic during the Lakers championship run in the bubble. And knowing how Draymond is as far as this kind of clutch game, he will used everything at his disposal just to have a certain advantage including playing psyche war against the big fellow. Jokic has a history of being hard headed though, and who knows, just one infraction just throw him off in this series.
