Actually it might not matter too much whether any of them play a home or away game at this point. We saw how Celtics crushed Heat in Game 2 which was an away one for them. And I strongly believe that Celtics will win Game 3 as well and bring the series to 2-1. I think Celtics are one step ahead in this series but it can still end by a score like 4-3 at the end. I assume Heat would fight back with all they have got.

So if the Mavericks lose in game 3, the same thing might happen, but if they'll win game 3, this series might be even after game 4, that's my prediction.

If that is the argument, then game 3 is the best game for us to bet if we are thinking that Dallas would bounce back. I'll prepare a little bet on this, just want to have some fun although my bet already goes to the Warriors going to win the series, just for this one game though.

Yeah, but the pressure is more on the Dallas shoulder to win game 3 so that they won't be down 3-0 otherwise it will be impossible to get out of that hole. So there is a big possibility that they might win in game 3 and it's a good bet for them specially that they are now the slight favorite next game as it will be held in their back court. ML seems to be decent to me, bad the handicap of -1.5 for Mavs is more attractive.

True, home court advantage is nothing right now, but the home team is obviously the support of the crowd here. And with the win in Game 2, Celtics has regained their composure going into this critical game. But we can't discount the Heat, still a long series, and as others have said, this could be a Game 7 game as both teams seems to be even. Probably it's a matter of star players bringing their A-game every night.

Will we see a 3-0 after game 3?

It's hard to answer that question because the Mavericks would not allow that.
However, Warriors are just a good team, it's hard to beat them, so Luka does need more help from his teammates especially on the defensive side.

Once again, Dinwiddie was inconsistent, on game 2, he only scored 4 and made 4 turnovers, he need to score like 20+ so Mavs will have a better chance to win.

The problem of Mavs on GSW is they have consistent shooters which can give them a problem in any quarter almost all of them can able to step up even if their main guys struggle. And also their defensive anchors are gaining much confidence for the result of their campaign. So this is really a huge problem with Mavs, they should take a huge adjustment and create more good executions so that they can limit the shooters of GSW to contribute very well.

GSW is complete, not just shooters, they have good defenders too. Even Steph's defense is underrated, how many rebounds does the got in the last 2 games? yeah, more than Wiggins if I'm not mistaken. And his body now is different, he is no longer relying in his shooting, he usually drive more now and absorb the contact because he has the body to do so. So for the Mavs to win, someone other than Luka should score 30 or more points per game. GSW shooters are going to kill them in this series, (Steph, Klay and Poole and then we have Wiggins and Porter who play a very important role).

But let's not get ahead yet. 2 games in Dallas Mavericks land and they might show us something different from the past two games. I did expect they can win it during the first half but the Warriors have history of come backs during the second half and we witnessed it again.

I personally do not get it why people are too hard on Luka- he's definitely the greatest 23-year old player in the league right now. He carried his team to the playoffs especially that he can dominate in the paint and shoot anywhere on the field. While he may technically not be athletic in some ways, he can score the basket pretty easily with his devilish moves and tricky techniques that lets him get to the paint with ease.

Though this may be the case, the cake will be taken home by the Warriors in this matchup. With their experience in the playoffs and dominating players, the Dallas have a relatively low chance of beating this team.

I definitely don't think you can put the blame on Luka.  The fact is that Luka is the #1 threat on the Mavericks so defenses are literally setup just to keep him from putting up huge numbers.  The Warriors have 3 major threats to score now with Steph, Klay, and now Poole.  It's hard for defenses to cope.  Not to mention the Warriors have Draymond to setup plays for the scorers while Luka has to be the playmaker and the scorer for his team. 

I agree that the Warriors just have the matchup advantage.  The Mavericks need a couple more years to build and get more talent around Luka.  I don't doubt Mark Cuban will figure out a way to get it done.

Mavericks performed really nicely against Warriors last night but it wasn't enough to beat them as well. Warriors are 2-0 ahead in the series now and I'm curious how Mavericks will answer this situation from now on. And Celtics are hosting Heat tonight for the third game of the series. It is 1-1 now and I think Celtics are going to get 2-1 ahead in this. They seemed very strong in their last game and I expect them to maintain this effort level in this one too. Celtics are definitely a big candidate for even the title now.

No bet today. I was thinking of -6.5 Boston Celtics. But it seems very likely that Kyle Lowry and P.J. Tucker will be playing today. Although the Celtics are still favorites to win this game but I am not sure if they can cover the spreads. It could be close if Kyle Lowry plays at a high level and with PJ Tucker also becoming more familiar in defending Jayson Tatum.

My heart is like rooting for Miami but my head is picking Boston. Head to head I believe Boston is the better team. And they are enjoying a homecourt lead now after managing to take game 2.

Heat dominated the Celtics in all aspect of the game for most of the first half, but thanks to a 10-run to close the 2nd quarter the Celtics were able to reduce the deficit to 15 points. That'd surely keep the game more open for them in 3rd quarter compared to a 26 point lead.

It's sad to see both two-star players are out in the game tonight due to unexpected injuries caused by so much pressure in this series and hope they will be back soon because if they don't, no matter who's the team will gonna win in their series without their star players, they will be lost to GSW since those guys are veterans when it comes to NBA finals and we are seeing right now how capable they are to turn the game around and beat Mavericks in two straight games.

No Butler in the 2nd half and that is why the Celtics made a run to get close with the lead. It even went to a point with just 1 point deficit and the Celtics fans are getting louder.
Max Strus though shut them up with a dagger of three pointer. He surely stepped up his game with 4/7 at 3-pt line and including Adebayo who punished the Celtics in the paint. Impressive adjustment from the Miami coaching staff.

Big statement by the Heat, I thought Celtics would take games 3 and 4, but Heat is there to surprise us. Great game so far, Lowry is really big help, he gives energy to the team and I like what Bam did, it was his best game so far in the series, with consistency, I think they'll be hard to beat.

Now Heat are leading by 2-1 and the series is getting more interesting.
