The one of the best things about Luka, he's just doing what he thinks the best for the team and doesn't even realized that he's dominating at it. Also, he's not so thirsty about the stats and records that he could pull of, such a humble big man. He's a real asset to the team with an average of 25 PPG.

That smile of him tells every Mavs fan that he is happy being surrounded by good players and playing the game that he loves unlike how Westbrook do it flexing everything his done for the team and even getting mad when he doesn't get what he wants. It's obviously a stat padding and was seen what he did with Adams at OKC with just 1 rebound shy to get a record breaking stat. Not fun to watch.

Westbrook being an MVP is not anymore the talk now, he is out of the MVP top 3 rankings because of his awful shooting and the Lakers are also struggling despite having a big 3 including himself. For a player to be called an MVP, he should be able to lead the team to success, and that's what Luka is doing, while Westbrook does the opposite.

I wonder if Harden vs Simmons trade would actually happen. I mean Harden is not a bad player but if the team chemistry is not good at all then it would make sense.

I wish Lakers just traded Westbrook for Kyrie, that way they would both reunite Kyrie and Lebron which may have some shaky relationship but they could get better thanks to it, meanwhile Nets would get wb+harden+durant trio back together in Nets. That would help out both teams.

Lakers desperately need someone who doesn't suck and can play with Lebron, and Nets need to keep Harden instead of unvaccinated Kyrie (since harden disliked the decision). Imagining both teams with that roster is amazing. However, if Sixers could get Harden then it would be amazing duo with Embiid, whereas Simmons could playmake for Kyrie and Durant to score both of which can play well with that type of player.

If this would result to benefit both players, then it should happen.

I guess having Kyrie and Durant to lead the Nets is already enough, Simmons will take care of the defense as that's where he is good at. Harden on the other hand will be a huge boost for the Sixers as they will have a scoring punch from Harden and Embiid, they'll also form a championship IMO.

1 week left until trade deadline.  Clippers just scooped up Norman Powell great move on their end.  Once kawhi and PG are back Norman will provide a good scoring punch.  And sadly I think the Knicks need to break up the team.  Get what they can for some of the vets.  Give the young guys some run and try to hit the draft and free agency hard over the next couple years.  Lost season...

Bledsoe has an expiring contract and is not a great fit for any team due to his inefficient play. Powell and Covington are great 3-point shooters, and are way better than any of the players the Clippers gave up.

I saw a lot of trade grades for this particular transaction and everyone has gave the Clips an A. Jerry West strikes again with his genius.

Yeah I'm a big fan of Norman Powell, excited to see what he can do in the playoffs.  Clips struck gold on this trade.  These are the types of trades the Knicks have to make.  Nothing crazy or splashy but moves that insta upgrade your team.

There is a 0% chance of Kyrie and LeBron playing together ever again.  Any movement in New Jersey would likely be Harden to the Sixers.  He just has too much going on in Philadelphia for him to play somewhere he isn't thriving in the system and isn't meshing well with his teammates.  Whether this happens now or in the offseason, I'm pretty sure it'll happen.

Lakers need Nunn to come back.  He was supposed to be the guy they leaned on when the superstars were being focused on.  Having him still out with an injury seems like it wasn't part of the plan.  Personally, I think the Lakers should be focused on changing their coach.  They have all the pieces needed to win a championship, they just need to figure out how to get it working.

Tonight the Lakers and Knicks should be a fun watch.  Broadcast nationally for free on ABC.  Can't beat that.

They need to start performing well from now on to make things better for themselves. Knicks are a tough team maybe but Lakers can win this game home. They played against each other this season before and Knicks won it by 106-100. Lakers can have their revenge this time if they have a good team play.

I'm just not sure exactly what Portland is trying to do now though because it seems like they are really lost. They've traded away their best player outside of Lillard and McCollum as well as a centrepiece to their defense. What's next?

Seems as though this was a move to set up another.  They want to resign Simmons and they get a rookie contract in Keon joglhnson hoping he hits I guess.  Portland needs to do something like right now for Dame.  Dude has been wasted out in Portland his whole career.  Wish they would ship him to the Knicks 😅

Yeah, Lebron is back, and this match should be interesting. However, it seems to me that Vogel should limit Lebron's minutes on the court. I mean, if Lebron plays more than 40 minutes in the first game after returning, it may aggravate his injury again. By the way, it's also worth noting that Melo is out tonight because he was injured last game.

This might be the best first half for Knicks this season, definitely their most points scored half time though. They scored 71 in first half against Lakers and played very dominant. It might be Lakers' worst first half as well. The difference is fifteen though, it's not the end for Lakers, things might change in second half. Both Barrett and Randle played well, on the other side Bron and AD was well but Westbrook missed too many shots. Let's see what happen in second half, I wish we see more playing time for Obi Toppin though.

Another triple double for Lebron James. But the highlight of all is Malik Monk who was unstoppable at the 2nd half, yes his first half was not productive but he came back like a monster helping the Lakers to win the game.
AD's night came back to his average stats too and that's a good indication that the Lakers might get a long streak if this keeps up.

Nice to see that Lebron has finally come back and he didn't disappoint the fans, he lead the team to win. Though Westbrook was still struggling, 1-10 shooting is not good, however, having Monk who scored 29 points, that's just big time and that's one of the reasons why they win this game in OT.

Yeah, like Jason Kidd in his prime but Luka is just higher in percentage to shoot the ball. Kidd may not be the greatest coach in the league but he could provide some tips on how he did it back then and pass it to Luka.

A win for the Clippers with this trade. They are filled with defensive players but no means to attack without PG13 and Kawhi. They need these guys badly to increase their shooting range and spread the floor. Giving up Bledsoe is the best option. Suddenly made me wonder what the Trail Blazers are trying to achieve in this trade.

Forget about the Blazers, maybe they have already accepted their destiny that they will not gonna make it this season. I expect that more trades will be happening from this team in the next trade deadline, maybe Lillard will not stay for long as he's been rumored that they will not gonna stay or will be traded to other teams, a new team for Lillard is a great opportunity for him to maybe play in a bigger stage like the ECF or WCF, or best is in the NBA Finals.

If Westbrook was only doing well with the Lakers, they will be an unstoppable team, but with his stats, I think the Lakers would really struggle against a stronger team. The playoffs is the most important situation, however, if Westbrook would still do the same thing, he will be messing up and that would be the cause of their failure.
