How ironic!

Bitcoin Halving itself isnt the problem itself, but the rising cost of mining.
Processing power does NOT keep up with the complexity.
Its in the nature of a draft, it will be difficult to foresee the future of BTC, but not the future of economics.
As soon as profit lessens, interest will start falling, and the rate would drop. It could have the same effect like a catch 22.
Start slow, but in the end its really fast.

I think Bitcoin does have a good future. But that is yet to come clear. Not yet. Because I think it will later be used more and more people know what Bitcoins.
I also think it will be namely worth.

I totally agree with you. Because I also believe that Bitcoin has a good future.
But not everyone thinks that because they think it is very bad because the value is very low now.

Well the price is indeed low now.
But its just a matter of time till it will rise again for sure.
Some people do not have the patient to wait for the halving also(the future).

I think the price is low at the moment. It will go higher when the Core team agree with the new proposal to increase block size within 3 weeks.

Well, this week the price is stable now. It's better than 1-2 weeks ago, that the price of bitcoins really down. but i hope someday the price will increase again.

Yeah price will go up after the halving, and it is expected that it will atleast cross $700 after the halving, and we all are waiting for that value so that we can sell a part of our bitcoins and can earn some profits.

I don't think bitcoin has really bright future. Not that I want it  to fail, but the system bahind it has too many flaws. If developers will not fix the issue with filled blockchain and if miners will be only in china, there's nothing good that will happen.

No you are wrong mate, just give some time to bitcoin, it is still in its primary stage, bitcoin will grow in future and become more powerful, the only thing bitcoin seeks at a moment is support from the community.

Looking at the present stable price of bitcoins, it seems that the future of bitcoin would be much secure and safe, as we all want that the price of bitcoin should be more stable so that more people start investing their money into it.

Exactly, and I believe it has not reached to the level yet where it has to be, the only reason behind is the lack of awareness of the people, once people start knowing bitcoin, it will grow more in future.

The price is quite stable recently. But it is still very volatile during a day. The price just rose 12% in the last 24 hours.

Yeah, but its good that price is stable at a moment and that is the good sign for the users of bitcoins, as if price fluctuation is higher, its difficult to get new investors into it.

all of our expectations as well as it was, but nobody knows when it will happen again, I think also the price of bitcoin will be higher, and this year I might predict that the price of bitcoin was more than $ 700 for 1 bitcoin

More stores accepting Bitcoin payments doesn't mean the price will go up. We need more people to bring in fresh money. That's how we make the price go up.

I mean, yeah in a way that's valid... but I think it's more reasonable to say that I think miners are continually dumping into the "fresh money" that's already coming into bitcoin to keep their miners running.  So it needs to be said that it needs to be "Fresh money" > BTC's being dumped by miners to make a profit.

But people are starting to fear what the future of Bitcoin is I think.  They are unsure if the problems that face bitcoin right now are ever going to be fixed... especially before the halving comes.  There's just tons of uncertainty, which isn't good for the price.

But, people like to come on here, sit back, and just say that merchants will just all the sudden decide to accept Bitcoin in 2016... this isn't the case.  People on here and elsewhere will need to actively promote Bitcoin to merchants and explain why it is a better alternative than paypal and other forms of payment... which is difficult when trying to compare why Bitcoin is better than, lets say, Visa.
