We cannot avoid criminals because even if it is a legal tender criminals will still use it, with bitcoins there is a big chance to trace their transactions because of the transparency in the blockchain while in real life transaction with bank their are corrupt official that will not reprot suspicious transaction.

Yep. More and more people will realize what Bitcoin can do for them as governments and banks are squeezing out their citizens and customers like they are lemons. How can some one keep accepting that? If there is a panic sell there are always enough stable buyers This was seen on the last Price drop at the mark of 580$ every coin gets bought on bitcoin there was like 10x the courage of trades made.

The fact is it is really hard to get the support of the people when you are not supported by the government because that is only the way to make it happen, people living in a certain country abides on the law and since bitcoin has no exact law they cannot feel the security and protection.
