I ordered 30$ worth of Bitcoins from BitInstant on 4/8/13... Trying to check my order in the amount of 496.00 USD

I received the confirmation email from Zip Zap that the order was successful but i have not yet been credited the Bitcoins to My Personal Wallet. Please Advise.

The quote ID is af3dcc0d-5d38-42ac-911c-912132050203

Upon checking the Order the status is MTGOX order loading. This does not make sense to me because the order was to a bit-coin wallet address not to MT Gox.

I have used this service multiple times and not had any problems, had funds within 1 hour or less this is the first time I've encountered any trouble. I have not gotten a response during regular hours please respond.

I just got a reply to an e-mail I sent to Charlie yesterday regarding a transaction that didn't go through. He sent me a new MtGox coupon code, but it was only for the original amount ($95) which was the price of 1 BTC back on March 28, the date of the original transaction. I've sent him an e-mail requesting the difference.

URSAY - I guess you can take me off the 4/8 list.

URSAY it has now been over 4 days!! I was on the 4/6 support list and see that others have received support before me?? This is unacceptable. How are you even approaching this support list for that to make sense? How do you prioritize your customers??

Hello!

Like many others posting in the past few days, I tried to order BitCoins from Dwolla to a BitCoin address and failed. The error message was "Dwolla failed second round verification - fraud check failed." Just in case it's relevant, when I attempted to place an order beforehand Dwolla asked me to verify my identity by answering a series of personal multiple-choice quesitons. I was told that I was verified and created the order listed below about a minute later. Maybe it's a timing issue?

Hello, another one here who used BitInstant to transfer 500 USD to Mt Gox from Dwolla. I've had no status updates at all, and no contact through e-mails, so I made my way here.

Hi all.

Support list for 4/9 has officially been escalated to level 2 support.  If you are in an older list that does not mean you don't have priority.  I still have to log current issues by date and formally submit them to level 2.

Now updating list for 4/10.  I will start with PMs and then jump back into the thread.

Some other updates your might find useful...

I am going to try and combine my support lists tonight so they are more easily searchable.  Also, as I mentioned before, I got some new training on resolving certain types of issues myself.  I hope to take care of some of the lagging issues that have not been resolved.  However, there is probably a reason those issues lag...they are likely complex and above my level of support.

Doing my best to keep you updated while working on the issues.

Overwhelming volume is the issue here.  Your funds are NOT lost.  BitInstant is NOT scamming you.  All orders will be resolved.

Please try and work WITH me and not against me so I can help you resolve your issues.

Spamming this thread does not help me help you.  Please include ALL of your information regarding your transaction in 1 post or PM.  Partial info or just complaints do not give me the resources to help you.

Okay URSAY, convince me Bitinstant won't fail me..........

So March 27th, I made 2 deposits to Bitinstant, at CVS via Moneygram/ZIPZAP, but as a week has passed, only ONE of TWO of my deposits have been sent to my account: of 1BbLYvXk63C6TqccTDiWrkZsoY6Gry36kf (not a MtGox account)

first      2d2be619-81b5-4e3a-a88f-0561570acd3c <-------this one proved successful
second  422de93e-cc32-45ad-b8aa-0880ab659f8e <-------this one did not go through, which is incorrectly stated as a MtGox destination,
                                                                                despite having the correct address destination (MtGox coupon proved total fail)

It is now Thursday, April 4th 8 DAYS later, and I'm really hoping you guys can make this right, with the bitcoin value I intended at the time of deposit, yet I am still missing the 400 dollars (net 384.04) ordered to my BTC-e address.  

I've been hanging in there for over a week...... when can I expect compliance?


So far so good, URSAY states BitInstant is willing to looking into reissuing a MtGox Coupon, due to expired one . Though I preferred this sent to my BTC-e, I'll take what I can get.

I don't have a problem getting correspondence back from Bitinstant, it's just the order, that is failing to be fulfilled. I'm at my wits end here. In a little while, if no result appears soon, I'm escalating this to my Reddit outreach Smiley

Dont waste you time. Escalate it now.

Well I promised i'd update my status if anything got resolved and it has....


I deposited 503.95 through MoneyGram->ZIPZAP->BitInstant-> MTGox on April 7th, 2013.

It said it was still loading at MtGox.


After Posting here, Reddit, support@bitinstant.com and anywhere else i could seek help, i got some resolutions. Infact i even posted i would forget about the money i lost in potential profits.

Well soon as i posted on reddit and all that, I had a manual transfer show up for the quote ID.

Half hour later my initial deposit for 480 was sitting all happy in my MTgox account.

I will honor my word and not bug you guys about the 80 bucks i lost in potential profits.

I am going to think long and hard about using your service next time, but i appreciate you honored my deposit.


BITINSTANT WILL FIX IT GUYS!!! BE RELENTLESS THOUGH...took me 2 days of constant badgering to get it done.
