Ive sent numerous emails to Bitinstant support over the last day and a half and no response.

OrderID: 02fed7a2-edd6-4336-bacd-a623ac6632d2

Looks like it was never sent to the Blockchain. This is the 3rd transaction in a row.

Hey, Ive responded to your email. No need to send numerous emails, it can take a little longer on weekends for support to help

Still don't have the funds for this order. OrderID: 02fed7a2-edd6-4336-bacd-a623ac6632d2

Yeah just gotta remember to say the fee is zero, they are asking for the moneygram fee not the zip zap fee. the zip zap fee is included in the cash total you pay. moneygram fee is zero. I had the same problem dealing with moneygram clerks when starting out.

Yankee - PMd you, I had a problem with order execution failed now my $$ is in no man's land

Replied!

Moneygram asked me if the fee was included and all I did was follow what the paperwork said from Bitinstant.

Hey, on the slip there are instructions to the merchant which include exactly what they need to type in.

The top reason for challenges at MoneyGram is that the Amount to Pay is entered incorrectly. The clerk needs to enter the Amount to Pay the payment slip with $0 MoneyGram fees - if they enter the $3.95 fee in the fee column, the payment won't pass the validation check.

Charlie

As I said we all followed what was on the paperwork and I had a very hard time. It is easy for someone to say follow the paper on a forum here but when you are in the store, dealing with clerks not knowing what to do that did follow what I gave them and still can't figure things out it is quite different. Even with the clerk on the phone with money gram they still had problems. Just from that one experience makes me hesitate completely from trying it all over again.

Next time, call our support phone # and we can walk the clerk thru it!

Hello,
I hate my first post being a complaint. The past few days I have been unable to receive transaction emails in order to get the coinapult funds. Since I haven't been receiving the first email, I have not gone through with the coin purchase. Is anyone else having this issue?  I sent an email to myself which is the extent of checking my tormail which worked.

Not really new to bitcoins wondering how long this last? I wanna chat with people? Is this customer support run by bitinstant? I guess bitinstant is a service seems more like a hassle to me. They are on of the reasons I started selling coins. It is annoying.

Just wanted to throw in my 2c, and say that I had an issue with a transfer this morning, and an email to support and a few minutes and it was all cleared up.

So far support was great, and the service has been fast.

Hi, I tried to buy some bitcoins using cash and bitinstant at a 7-11 using a VCOM atm which accepts cash.  I wanted to deposit $40 as a test.

The 'amount to pay' listed on my zipzap payment slip is $43.95.

I went to the ATM, chose MoneyGram, and was instructed to call a 1800# to continue.  The rep on the phone asked me for the account number of the bill to pay, the amount, and the receive code.  I gave them to her as they are listed on the zipzap payment slip.

After taking my info, they instructed me to continue.  I deposited $45 in cash to the ATM. After doing this, I received a message something like "we are unable to support your request at this time". My cash was refunded to me.

I have tried this at two different 7-11 ATMs and had the exact same experience.  What am I doing wrong?

Thank you,
Artie

I just wanted to say that I have successfully used BitInstant once, it worked fine. But I made the mistake of putting in my email address in wrong once when ordering my bitcoins (requested that they be emailed to me), and still after contacting BitInstant support for 3 weeks I have not received my money via email. It was originally a mistake on my part, but I contacted them and let them know whats up, gave them the correct email multiple times, and still nothing. At this point I don't even think they care about it and I am pretty much kissing my money good bye. BitInstant is a good service in concept, but when they can't deal with this sort of issue then there is a problem. Unfortunately, I do not think I will be using this service again after this mess.

This order has failed. We've been having some issues with ZipZap's API response today.

I'm going to forward this to tech support where they can issue a manual transfer. This will likely get processed tomorrow since it is the end of the day now. For future reference, it's best to contact support at the BitInstant website. Thank you!
