"Order failed - please contact support@bitinstant.com" "Dwolla failed verification - unable to locate" These errors occured on two orders of mine today, and I've been trying to reach support for hours (without luck). Dwolla has verified the transactions were succesful and my money is transfered, and I need help getting my orders processed. After 2 messages to BitInstant tech support through their site, 2 posts here on this thread and 1 message to BitInstant's account on Reddit they have finally sent me the rest of what was owed and reimbursed my fees.
There was a fee taken out from their reimbursement which I assume was taken out by VirWox because BI's PayPal transfers go through Virwox and I know Virwox charges something like 1% + 1% + $1 - It doesn't look like they took this charge into account when sending me my reimbursement but I've only lost out on $1 and some change probably which I think I can live with...

I havent had to wait as long as some other have but last night I placed an order to my bitstamp account. apparently the bitinstant bitstamp account has run low on funds. I received an email from rachael earlier this morning (CST) just a general sorry we're on it but no indication of how long it might take.
Am I waiting on a bank transfer that might take several days?

I am on the same boat as you are. Placed a deposit this morning and I get some error message on the bottom of the confirmation email. After sending a email to support they did confirm low funds..Waited all day and NADA! Which made me to believe a wire transferred had to be made. Does this mean my funds won't be available for a couple days? A COUPLE DAYS!!??!? Bitinstant - My info is below please look into this and advise when my funds will be available. I am really disappointed on the level of customer service today. Usually when there is a problem Rachel is the first response and it gets done. In case it didn't another person would respond in a quick manner. Has anyone had success recently transferring cash deposit to Mtgox? Does my mt gox account have to be verified to send there to buy btc at market?

Has anyone had success recently transferring cash deposit to Mtgox? Does my mt gox account have to be verified to send there to buy btc at market?
I did a Moneygram and Mt.Gox transfer on Sunday night and it went right thru in under an hour. I will say that I used my Mt.Gox username and not my account number when I did the transfer. Don't know if that makes any difference but that is what worked for me.

I already opened a ticket (SVV-CEBLW-056) but have not received an update despite being told my order would be manually processed yesterday. I had requested to have the coins sent to my bitstamp account but if there is a another preferred method please let me know. I have a time-sensitive business transaction to conduct so the sooner the better.

Gareth can you also check into mine? on March 5th i put through a bitcoin to bitaddress transfer and still has not been completed. Ive had a few emails from bitinstant but they all seem like computerized responses. Rachel was looking into it for me but i am not longer receiving responses. Hate feeling like i am out my money and my purchase window to use them is running out...

We do not scam people. I do not want this to come across as blaming you, but most likely this was a mistake on your end - there's no way your order alone could have suffered this kind of bug while 1000s of others do not. The last I heard, your order did in fact execute because there is a valid user with the username "exchange" at gox - once funds are sent to a gox account the only thing we can do from our end is to ask gox to redirect the funds, which has been done. If you are unhappy with how long this is taking, please get in touch with mtgox support by email and CC our support team ( support@bitinstant.com) and myself ( gareth@bitinstant.com).

Hey, I have a customer issue which I've been in contact with the Bitinstant site for more than several times ~ (Reps; Seth & Rachel) I paid through zipzap 2 weeks ago and never recieved the bitcoin to my wallet. It was right after the site was back up and operational after the attack, however, it obviously wasn't very operational. I've been waiting patiently for them to show up, as instructed, but so far nothing and as of now I am seeking a refund. What do I need to do at this point? Ive given my full information several times and now I'm not getting a response or even a courtesy "we'll get back to you" from the Bitinstant customer service reps...
