I sent the money via moneygram to zipzap as instructed no btc received !
I emailed support , no answer.

is there someone from bitinstant here ?

so 8 days ago after contacted bitinstant support here is what I received .

"I apologize for the issue. I've forwarded your order information over to our Technical Support department and they are working on pushing your funds through our system. Rest assured, your funds are safe and you should receive your bitcoins within the next business day. Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience."

this is the last email I got from them, I did emailed several times but no reply.

Is this website SCAM? I sent them $500.

Do you have a ticket number from when you contacted support?

I'm still waiting for news on that BitInstant Bitcoin-backed credit card. Has that project been dropped?

Hi.  I have used your service several times but after making my payment yesterday.  3/14/2013.  My funds still have not showed up on Bitstamp.

Normally deposits have been instant but this one has been over 27 hours and still no funds.  My account number was correct and I got confirmation from ZipZap.

Any help?

Hello I am Auroron and I would like to know how is there more I can do to increase my production?  I am not sure exactly if my problem for low production is my place in the group or if I did something wrong in my registering.  Maybe I just need to be patient.  Anyway my concern is my low production, please help thank you.

It's been a while since I posted  here. I see that bitinstant is continuing to have problems. Surprise! I have had a problem since November!!!! I'm not going to bother look through what that liar Charlie replied to me, but I strongly urge everybody to quit using Bitinstant. It is a scam. They will get you eventually. I've been out of $200 since November. The problem was acknowledged at first and I was told it would be fixed. Eventually Charlie said it was my fault and there was nothing they could do. However, Mt. Gox is still saying that they will get my money to my account eventually. I still trust Mt Gox, but bitinstant is a scam and Charlie is a scam. Since you've lied to me and to all on these forums I'm not going to bother to read any replies Charlie. However you can send something to my email address, but I would much prefer someone else with more ethics to reply. Optimally I just want my money, that would be really nice!.
After you all get your current problems fixed (if you indeed do) I strongly suggest that you do not use bitinstant again. Let them die. They are dying now......

On this very thread Charlie replied explaining what happened:

Unfortunately we can do very little if a customer sends funds to the wrong account.

The following mail arrived after the transaction..But as I said I see no money..

Hi,

My first message on this forum.

I am watching bitcoin progress and play around with different ways of getting and exchanging bitcoins. Today I bought a btc trough bitinstant and was little disappointed. I paid $50 + $3.95 fee through moneygram and got 1.001btc to my bitcoin wallet within an hour, as was promised. But it turned out to be too expensive compared to mtgox exchange rate ($47/btc at that moment). The form on the front bitinstant page asked me how much $ I want to exchange, but did not tell me anything about how much btc I am going to get. I was expecting something close to mtgox exchange rate, but it turned out that bitinstant has its own rate. It is ok if you establish your own exchange rate, but why don't you show it explicitly?
