The transaction shows order completed, however i see this and do not have funds in paypal:

My email got replied to but I would like to know if the the bitinstant guy on here can look into my order.  It was placed yesterday and the Zipzap account is 384397931.

I went to the next page before i could print out my order id.

In case you BitInstant guys missed this post:
I never received my funds from Bitinstant. It was for $158 worth of Coins and I've been waiting well over 24 hours for my funds to come in. I've used the Live Chat, sent E-Mails etc. I believe I used the wrong Account ID provided on Mt.Gox. Is my money seriously gone forever?  Angry

If it's not a valid address, how could they be sent? Anyways, I really need this to be solved before I rip all of my hair out. Thanks.

I too am having an issue.  First and last time user.

I signed up for a cash order.  went to duane reade and paid via moneygram to zipzap it was a complicated process but whatever.  come back to my desk to check my status and get a SERIOUS ERROR occurred message!!

I have a similar problem as well.

It says SERIOUS ERROR as well.

I went for a cash deposit. Paid via moneygram to zipzap it in my local CVS store.

Hello, I used moneygram and paid my bill to zip zap and everything about 48 hrs ago and have none of my money has arrived into my mt gox account. The processed email told me to redeem my mt. gox code that it provided, but there was no code, it just said, GoxCoupon: {u'error': u'Must be logged in'}. So there was nothing to redeem. And it hasn't been deposited directly either. Does this constitute as an emergency for me to call? Because I really need my money soon and it's taking a very long time. I have been emailing support members but they haven't been much help.

I have this exact same problem.  

1. I did not receive and Order ID
2. It has been several hours and no bitcoins into my MT. Gox account
3. I have my ZipZap ID numbers and all the MT. Gox info, and anything else you might need.
4. Please help, because if I lose this money, I will throw up and then jump off a very tall building.

CONTACT ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE... AT LEAST LET ME KNOW YOU ARE GOING TO HELP

First time user of BitInstant.  I've emailed support, but I've only received the canned response from Seth.  I paid via MoneyGram / ZipZap at CVS yesterday afternoon, and funds are yet to appear in my MtGOX account.

1. I did not receive an Order ID
2. It has been ~24hours and no bitcoins into my MT. Gox account
3. I have my ZipZap ID numbers and all the MT. Gox info, and anything else you might need.

Please contact me to help with this.

I believe that it's not a scam, rather it is just a high influx of trade especially because of the surge in prices last night. I am being optimistic.

Come on BitInstant, I know that you can pull through.

I am trying to double check the address I am sending money to before I put the money into cvs. I do not have my order ID but zip zap gave me the merchant ID for my order c185b0cb-e639-4710-886d-e372d1d96f2c. How do I go about getting my order ID from you? thanks.

I think you are in a better boat than I am.

For me, it actually said that the order had a "serious error." I received "Successful ZipZap Payment" also from ZipZap.

My issue has been resolved thanks largely to Seth and in part to Rachel. I thank them for their efforts and the quick resolution. I will continue to use Bitinstant as it is a reliable company. Thanks again!

I still don't have my money on BTC-e account and they don't respond to my messages. This company promise payment "Under an Hour" but the week passed already.

Is there any government department where I can send an complaint? I don't know what else to do. I tried email, website form, this forum, pm on this forum. Still no reply and no money.

Bitinstant stole my money. They only sent me 3.8BTC when I paid for 6.1BTC. Seth from the support staff claims they do NOT honor quotes based on the price quoted, but rather what the price is at the time the order is filled. This flies in the face of what Yankee said just a few pages ago,

Hey! I am hoping that someone from BitInstant can help me out!

I think that I am having a similar problem to a number of people here. A Zipzap transaction from walmart went through successfully but the BitInstant event log ended with a "Serious error occurred." Still waiting for the funds to show up in MtGox.

As far as I can tell, all the account information was put in correctly. I did send an email via the "Contact Us" button as well.
