Hi,
I used bitinstant earlier today and received a reply from zipzap about 7 hours ago stating that my funds have been received. Since then there has been no action on my bitcoin address and I haven't been able to get a response from customer service. I would really appreciate some help in resolving this issue.

Hi Yankee, Hopefully you or your staff could help out with this one Quote ID [removed] It's been just about 24 hours since the deposit was made. I'll be sure to update this post once resolved. We dont have BTC-e funds at the moment, do you want me to reroute it or process to another exchange? I saw reserves were at nearly $700 earlier today, but have gone down a bit since then. Can you partially fill my order from Thursday? Currently showing: https://i.imgur.com/fE0x8Jh.pngUPDATE:Issue resolved. On April 5 BitInstant deposited the funds to my BTC-e account. It took them 8 days.

OrderID: c8c60b51-f647-4517-90de-b9eacdcaff92 I received an email saying my funds were deposited into my mt.gox account, but when I log-in, the funds are missing. I don't know if it makes a difference, but I entered M64304837X (MtGox merchant ID) as my account number instead of 304837 (MtGox account number) on BitInstant Thanks

This message is in regards to order ID (930f1529-b982-4d6e-9660-fe881d8077ce). This was an order that was paid for on January 30. My order was finally manually processed on February 25 as seen in the blockchain ( http://blockchain.info/address/13obg4XtRByB48PFB5Hxpt3fT4ftUa4YpP ) but I only received 9.94094 BTC. The amount of BTC I should have received should have been around 15.175 BTC. According to the Bitinstant policy, "We always give you the BTC at time of your deposit, and if the issue was our fault we always refund fees." I placed another order with you guys the next day for the same amount order ID (0a7d1d2c-0e47-4aaa-960a-200df94d35d5) and received (13.77299 BTC) after the Bitinstant fees. I have sent several messages to support Gareth, and Seth that have been unanswered after months of contacting them. You guys need to stand by your own policy, especially now that BTCs have risen in price exponentially. Thanks.
