$86 dollars was supposed to be sent to my destination and only $65 got there?? what happened to the rest?? Huh
by the looks of these other post im glad i got any of it,,.. where else can you buy these as easy??

Hey Charlie, Gareth & Erik and employees.

How many hours are you putting in during this fiasco? I've calculated you should be doing 108 hour weeks UNTIL everyone's settled in FULL. 

7 days at 16 hour days = 112 - 4 = 108 hours DUE.

No commute time needed or allowed. "Needs of the Business" require you ON-Prem & sleeping on cots or the floor. Meals are on the job & You are granted 4 hours off tomorrow for church. Then back to CPR on your business.

After about 100 hours my money made it into my paypal account...

But i still think it is a shame that they shamelessly took 9% fee of the top.. as if that was any accaptable service.

I had a transaction on the 4/9

and i transposed a digit and it is stuck at insufficient funds. It's literally 80.375 vs 80.3745

I made a deposit april 3th, money is out of my reach since april 4th, complained here april 9th, URSAY tried to help me without success some days ago, received an reply from other bitinstant employee via google plus yesterday, another reply in my email today, waiting for refund...

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I'm new here Shocked

If a person pays for bitcoins though zipzap and the transaction is listed on bitcoin as a transaction , but no bitcoins have been recieved.  That means there is a delay with delivery of the bitcoin at the bitcoin end right?

At what price does the buyer get their bitcoins?  The price at the time when they submitted the order, or the time when they actually arrive?

Order price is locked in at time of purchase.

Give me some order info and I will see what type of issue you have.  Some experience delay as our support logs are backed up.

Ok so my order from 4/12 was pushed through.  However, I only recieved 3.70151298 Bitcoins on a cash amount of $476.257605 including fees.  Without fees I paide 496.05.

Regardless, that is obv not the proper amount of bitcoins.  Wondering if there is way to look up the specific price from when I made my order, at 2:21 Eastern Standard Time.

Anway, I went to bitinstant.com/contact to fill out the form again but it won't let me, saying that my quoteID has already been used.  It was indeed used for the initial report to push through the transaction.

So, how do I request the proper amount of bitcoins?

Hey Usray how about my cash. I sent cash. I have sent money grams to my Costa Rica  bookies and never had a problem. The cash is your account before you get home. What is your problem? When will the backlog be cleared up ? I know all problems are logged how about some feed back other then a canned reply. Be a man if you are not a whimp !

Actually I know alot of people here are complaining, I must have got lucky because my transaction went through in a matter of hours.  I'm still confused about what rate I got though, can anyone explain the time/rate thing in really simple terms for me please?

Three transactions over two days starting on April 3.  $2k (cash - who knows how many bitcoins...) bouncing around lost in cyberspace.

I was on the 4/10 list.  Any progress?

Well I bit the bullet and went ahead with an order, but only put a 1/5 of what I originally intended in. It was in my gox account my the time I got home.

Now I only wish I would have done the whole amount.

The other day I did 2 deposits to Gox.  Moneygram to zipzap to BI to Gox.  One after the other.  The second Moneygram I did showed up right away.  The first took a few hours I believe.  But they always work fine for me.  I've used it many times though.  As I've said before, I usually run into issues with Moneygram.  Oh...and now Gox wants me to verify my acct.

Hey URSAY, I'm from the 4/10 List and I thought yesterday the support was gonna handle all the people who had problems with execution price.
any update?

I was told that it was going to be worked on.  If that is not the case then I will remind the support rep whenever I see him online or in the office on Monday.
