There is a Paymetheus 32bit version at https://github.com/decred/decred-binaries/releases/tag/v0.2.0 , but I believe it only works with Windows 7 and higher.

But I'll indulge you I guess to make it even more simple.

Grab this file, dcrinstall-windows-386-v0.2.0.exe from https://github.com/decred/decred-release/releases
Click the Paymetheus 32bit link from https://github.com/decred/decred-binaries/releases/tag/v0.2.0 and get the decred_0.2.0-alpha_x86.msi file.
Then just follow the usage steps in the guide.

Basically you just run dcrd first to sync to the network, then run the Paymethus wallet program.  In a future version I'm sure it'll be merged into one program so there is only one thing to click, but it still is in alpha.

dcr was 295k and now 255k , and it is dump , and you know what will be after dump . Right will be pump huge like airplane is flying in sky. Why you sell decred  , want to play with etc , lol  . Decred gui wallet is ready to move that train really fast , wait and you will not regret

Probably "localhost" if you're running dcrd on your same computer.

Anytime there is high volatility in a high volume coin most of the other coins drop as people sell to get involved.  There is far more money to be made.  Why trade DCR for a 5% gain who knows when, if you can make a 100% gain in a day trading something else like ETC.  It's pretty simple.

If a person doesn't want to get involved in the action, then it's usually a pretty good time to buy alts during these dips.

I sold all my DCR to get in ETC. Made 100% profit.
I like Decred but the hype of the new accounts is unrealistic. I think 40-50k satoshi is realistic

Decred devs always release the code after testing was done.
I'd recommend to use the latest version :

You are welcome to test the only one GUI with PoS (staking) supported.
Please note it is in alpha stage, not tested thoroughly, please report any problems.

Some whale with over 10% of the current ticket pool, is asleep at the wheel or something, they are having a bunch of missed votes for the past 24 hours or so. Their loss, as well as to the PoW miners, who see their block rewards reduced with every missing vote.
