Combination of factors probably. Bitcoin price went down and the money made from the eth wars is being pumped into various alts. Time will tell whether genuine interest in the coin holds, so far that hasn't been the case. |

Yep, I use. Just back up and store very well the seed (33 words). If you need to format your computer or clean your browser is with them that you recover your wallet and coins. That is a hybrid wallet. Just blockchain and gui are online. Your coins are stored on your PC. |

oh ,decred is going again till 200k , who want to buy at 200к waiting for dump like it was at lisk ,huge dump  That probably isn't going to happen because there aren't any huge whales left in DCR to start dumping those kinds of amounts. They all got out a long time ago when the price was around 600k. LISK was being traded in large volumes whereas DCR wasn't. DCR has hit the bottom already at around 250k, the only way for it to go now is upward as the updates keep coming. |

Generally to buy cheap i hope they solve the problem(yobit, not the devs, they have nothing to do with it), i've been accumulating some coins there. |
