I was refused after 3 weeks because my name didint match with my profile... THERE IS NO EDIT BUTTON ON PROFILE SITE ! How exactly you expect me to have them there when this site was anonymous at first?

Hey ukyo, can I create a new WEE account and link it with the old BF and be verified that way? Or do I need new BF and transfer everything there?
Please if someone is in contact with ukyo in IRC point him to this question, Iam sure a lot of people are going to have this problem.

Will we be able to still use the "transfer" function to transfer shares to people with verified accounts after buy and sell are disabled on our accounts on Nov 1?

Has anyone actually been verified?

Yup, one or two days ago. I submitted the documents within a day after the announcement. There was no email notification, I just checked my account daily and eventually it said that it was verified.

Oh, good to hear. For a moment I went into paranoid mode and thought that Ukyo didn't want anyone to get verified...

Ukyo, please update us on share migration options, particularly from your Asicminer passthrough to Havelock. I know you've got a lot on your plate but a quick word would be much appreciated by U.S. investors.

It seems to me it still is being honored, redemption is just taking a long time. It is unclear whether ukyo has enough coins to redeem all the requested shares but he is working on redeeming them, in order of request, as far as I can tell. I'm not sure why TradeFortress is claiming the debts are not being honored. Maybe they just got tired of waiting. Maybe ukyo has said something them that he hasn't announced here.

I submitted a document and it was accepted and verified, but there's no way I can reach 100 points to obtain Verified status for my weex account. Does it mean my holdings will be transfered to issuers even if I proved I am not a US citizen?

REMINDER: THIS LIMITED TIME SERVICE ENDS SOON, AFTERWARDS THERE WILL BE FEES TO TRANSFER FROM BF --> HL

NEOBEE Bitfunder Migration Grace Period

In light of Bitfunder's recent announcements, we are enabling each Bitfunder shareholder ONE free migration to Havelock.

The following limitations apply:
1. You must initiate this migration request before November 1, 2013.
2. Due to a massive amount of requests, your migration might take anywhere from 1-14 days to process.
3. Beginning Nov. 1st, all transfers will go back to having the 1btc service fee.
4. We can make no guarantees that Bitfunder or Havelock will not impose additional limitations on trading in the future.

 How to Transfer Shares:
 1. Make the subject of your email: NEOBEE
 2. Push the amount of shares to the issuer account on Bitfunder: NeoBee
 3. Send an e-mail to tat.investments@gmail.com from your account email address registered with HavelockInvestments.com and include the following info:
  - Bitfunder account name (not email),
  - Bitfunder public wallet address
  - Quantity of shares
  - Havelock registered email address

Do NOT send your request more than once, and do NOT include other requests, questions or comments.

Transfers will be transferred in batches, and confirmations will ONLY be sent after each batch. Do NOT send emails requesting updates.

NOTE: TAT Investments is not responsible for any lost value, arbitrage, or trading opportunities due to delays in processing transfer requests. TAT Investments is not responsible for any limitations or discontinuations of services or access to liquidity imposed by the host exchanges.

Well this is alarming. I'm getting increasingly worried about this but I know Ukyo must be very busy at the mo so I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt. However, I do want this resolved ASAP now.

Tldr: weexchange BTC going missing.

" All current BitFunder users who are not United States persons or entities must supply the information required to obtain "Verified" status on their linked WeExchange account before November 1, 2013. Any such users who fail to provide the necessary information will not be able to enter into or sell positions on the BitFunder website as of November 1, 2013."

Ukyo, you are asking for personal information or you will screw people over by locking their accounts. (what will that prove or fix what ever you are attempting to?)

Please prove, that you can follow EU personal information protection guide lines and can guarantee the safety of personal information sent to you.

PS! There are multiple threads and post regarding SEC and US citizen running a exchange. SEC has nothing to do with you and your exchange, unless you are a from US. So, what is going on? If I recall, you are in China?

Ukyo, I am still waiting.
I am not going to send any personal data to some rinky dink Chinese exchange just because the owner of that exchange cant not understand how SEC is operating and why US based/owned exchanges have gone belly up.
Actm is transferring shares out so why even bother ...

While reading what I wrote, use the most friendliest and relaxing voice in your head.

Ukyo, please attend to support on Weexchange.

My ticket LGX-083908 still has no response.

When I set up my account ages ago, I used a nickname not my legal name.

Now, I need to change my name in order to match the verification documents.

Help!
