The ICO takes place on the 22nd February and will end on the 21st March.

All BTC will directly go into a 2-of-3 multi-signature Coinbase vault. That means the money can only be withdrawn if two of the three signees agree.

Therefore we have partnered up with two trusted and reputable individuals who will get one key to the multi-signature vault each.

How can we verify this?

What are the btc wallet adresses?

Can Lisk publicly display all the current BTC wallets holding the funds? Lisk has been transparent throughout the ICO and imo this should be publicly available.

The coinbase multi-signature vault provides maximum security. Therefore they don't have a single address at which the BTC are. We can't show the wallet address. I made a screenshot, so you confirm that there really are over 700 BTC in our wallet.





Please also note that we are currently checking something on the ICO page. So it can come to short interruptions. This has nothing to do with the 2FA.

We have in the past partnered with one other company to help with the crowdsale but have since decided to no longer offer this service as we are focusing more of our efforts in other avenues.

The partnership announcement was in mutual agreement. I contacted Erik this morning regarding this message, asked what's it about and how we can clear up any misunderstandings.

Can you please clarify if there's a partnership between Lisk and Shapeshift or not?

Erik hasn't answered me yet about his current stance of the whole topic. We want to solve this matter as fast possible.

I can only repeat myself, that Erik explicitly allowed me to call our cooperation a "partnership". We use their API to be able to accept Altcoins, they get more volume though this.





2FA on the ICO Website

We will now push an update to the ICO website which introduces 2-factor-authentication (2FA) for every user! We advise everyone to activate 2FA to tighten up the security of your account to a maximum. It makes it impossible for any other person besides yourself to enter your account.

Great! We are very happy with the progress and looking forward to the other 27 days. This week we are working hard to polish the ICO page up, so it continues to run reliable.

If the shown Lisk Address is the same, as you wrote down. Then you are good to go and safe!

Does shapeshift immediately dump altcoins on exchanges for BTC?

yes, or buys them in other cases. Just uses the bittrex API. Nothing too special with ShapeShift other than its a reliable service.
