First of all, you won't get any bonus with XCR. 1 XCR will always count as 1300 satoshi without any bonus. Additionally, I personally contacted Bter and Poloniex a few days ago and asked them to take a look at Crypti, i.e. the XCR withdrawal isn't working correctly. Please note that Bter is sitting somewhere in China and Poloniex is a cabin in the woods of the UK afaik. I can only do the same as you, contact them and hope for the best.

The ICO is still running for over 3 weeks. I'm sure in that time frame Poloniex at least will work again.

As for the bonus, I think you misunderstood what I meant. I know that XCR doesn't get a bonus, but if it's clogged up forever on an exchange, I'd pay in btc to get the bonus... so timing there does matter.

But like magic, a short time after I made this post, my Polo coin went from pending to sent. So I guess it's just unusually sluggish (sending btc was like a speed demon in comparison). So at least Polo does seem to work, albeit a bit slow.

Not sure about Bter, I got stuck there, another user here PMed me about it, and he was stuck there too the other day.... guess safest route is to avoid Bter if you can.

Actually, ISK stands for Interstellar Kredit. No idea about "L".

Chinese Name for Lisk: 应用链, means "Chain of Dapps"

due to low volume on bter i think they making too less money having a big focus on security. i would recommend to slowly transfer positions out of bter.

I usually try to avoid Bter, but their XCR prices were quite good... although since I couldn't get them off the exchange, I guess I now know why they were so good.

Hopefully they refilled their hot wallet by now. Unless a person knows Chinese, it's not always so easy to get easy answers either (although thankfully they have at least one rep who speaks english on their support chat).

Don't want to bug you, but am hoping you can do some of us a favor... basically get in touch with the exchanges and see what is up with their withdrawal issues?

I had XCR on Bter (which I eventually had to sell, because they couldn't move it)... as they had an empty hot wallet (and it may still be empty for all I know... they left it empty for days and days).
And now I have XCR on Polo stuck in pending mode ... others have had this same problem, so it's not just me.

When ICO started i had XCR on Polo, same story, wanted to withdraw, stuck in pendig for like 5h, asked nicely in trollbox and withdraw went through soon after that.

Poloniex is a cabin in the woods of the UK afaik.

Poloniex is run out of Delaware and is just about the largest (by trading pairs) and most trusted crypto exchange for alts.

I'm very surprised you didn't know this.... particularly as Poloniex is by far the biggest trading site for Crypti.
