Is it possible to send Verge from a stealth address to a non stealth address? What about from an exchange has existing wallets (on the public blockchain address) to a stealth address, is that possible?

so I downloaded the new release. even though my verge wallet is synced and up to date, this version is syncing blocks starting 1133 days ago. Is this supposed to happen? It shows all my recent transactions in wallet, I would have thought since my current wallet has up to date blocks I wouldnt have to resync. new blockchain data structure, so yeah sync from scratch is best, although the new format is available on vergecurrency.de now. |

I am desperately trying to get the android wallet going. It shows no connection, so my coins do not show up.
On Orbot, I have already selected apps VPN Mode and selected all apps except verge wallet, still no luck.
It is a Huawei phone.
Is there anything else I can do? Help will be much appreciated.

try enabling bridges? it's worked for you before? |

I got the android wallet to work but it is really unpredictable. To get it to work, I tried several times, and had to follow an exact order of switching off the phone, switch on, starting verge, enter pin, open orbit, select all apps VPN, start orbit, go to verge and it will connect.
the problem is that when my phone sleeps, or I close screen or refresh the wallet,then it loses connection, and I have to go through the whole process again - starting from switching off the phone
is there maybe a problem with orbot?

I restart orbot and Go to the Wallet and ITS Connect.

This seems to work better.
yeah running orbot in the background is a good idea, also 3g/4g/wifi affects connectivity as well. if you're on wifi, it's usually very very fast. |

Can someone let me know how big the blocks are on the XVG chain? and how full the blocks are at this time. I assume not very full at all, like most alts. But how big are the blocks to begin with?

I am having problem downloading the 32 bit versions of the verge wallet for windows.
I get error messages about not having python27.dll
and then cx_freeze : Python error in main script
i have even tried downloading from the official website. Still no luck.
Please any help. Has anyone had this probelem with the 32 bit wallet even the tor version does not work.
I do not want my coins in the exchange. Thanks.
