Every time I call them, here in Italy, they tell me that without tracking number their search is not conclusive.

One operator refused at first to do the search saying that I could be trying to access private informations.

Well, I see then. I'll try again later and give them the delivery address too. It's unpleasant that I have no tracking numbers yet, it would've made everything much easier.

Search the dhl site with the awb sender number that you have from avalon team , then you will get the info from the site and your awb number , different from the one provide to you (it will take some time ).
After the call from dhl it arrived in 7 days hong kong > germany >italy >romania (2 days in hk,1 in germany,1 in italy,2 in romania,  1 day for custom papar work)
add also the we +2 days

That's the problem, I don't have any sort of information from the Avalon team, no AWB sender number, no nothing . That's strange, the lady that called me from DHL specifically told me on tuesday that "it will arrive tomorrow in Romania". So according to her, it's been in the country since yesterday.

If anyone from the Avalon team reads this, my order number was #200000330. Can you guys help me with some tracking info? Thanks.

I can confirm that my order 2000007xx is on the way. I emailed DHL and they informed me, that they got package information but not the package itself. I think its at the carrier to Hong Kong.

The important is i have a tracking number! My order must be one of the last of batch #1 because i ordered in november when there were 5 avalons in shop. So batch #1 should be fully shipped as bitsyncom said.

I hope, i will get it in a week.

He posted in the past they will no longer reply to the many requests as it's wasting their time that can be better used on doing the actually shipping work

Seeing as people are either getting their batch 1 (almost a month late at that) and if they are getting them they are breaking like a 1$ toy from china

Some machines arrived with an older firmware that needed an update. Some machines had a connector come loose in transit

But in general, most machines run pretty stable and are reliable

The only reason why I rebooted it was because after running for 10 days at the default speed, I decided to try to run them at 300 instead of 282. You can see the bump in speed around 19 March.

I'm in the US, and DHL is always very fast for me, for receiving international shipments.

Once DHL has it, I would expect it to take no more than 3 business days, if you're in the US.  Other countries may vary.

DHL finally received my package today, more than 2 months after "we shipped". Order #1xx. Seems the units were not shipped in order.
