Which orders have been shipped? Does anyone have tracking numbers?

I don't think they're providing tracking numbers. But at least a few people in the US have received units, which is even better than tracking numbers. Smiley

I specified that it shipped from Hong Kong, and that it was shipped within the last 3 days.

They told me that it's scheduled for Monday delivery, and that it will require a signature.

BitSynCom, I understand that orders may not be shipped/arrive exactly in the order # and time paid order, but I called DHL today and yesterday and they had no record of any incoming packages.  My order number and time paid are earlier than those of Bogart.  Given that the last I saw of my order was the "canceled" status, can you confirm that I have been shipped units?

I've heard nothing either.  My order was placed 23 minutes after Keefe's, number 20000017x, so I expect I'm not too far behind him in the queue.  I'm also in the US.

I sure wish I could login to the avalon webstore and see the status of my order, and maybe tracking information, but alas the link 404s anymore.

I can tell you it's shipped as your tracking info was on the list, so is Keefe for that matter.
<whine>What about me, who's post was in between Keefe's and Bogart's</whine> I just called DHL and they do not have information on any incoming packages.  I have an order # less than 20000017x, paid immediately after ordering, so I am now extremely concerned that my order was actually canceled.

Bitsyncom, can you please confirm my order?  This has been unresolved for 2 months.

Bitsyncom, any update on this issue?  You said you would be able to address it when you returned to NYC.

we use HK-DHL for delivery now, to avoid custom issues and lower the shipping cost. they (express agent) first send the packages to HK, and then picked up by HK-DHL.

we could get the tarcking numbers about 5days to 1 week after the shipment, and  manually input them into our system (that takes time).
but at that time, most of packages are already reached customers hands.  refer to our shortage on human resource, provide the tracking numbers is at our lowest priority now.

Or just state all batch 1 units are shipped when you do that. It will be of help at least for me

Regarding install of extra fans. Could you install extra devices to this that do not use the PSU inside the Avalon, but actually use a separate customized modual that you install them to the Avalon unit in places to add extra air flow intake and airflow out??


I would at least install exhaustors in the front holes. edit: Im not sure about the airflow, I would put more fans accordinly to that.

A few pages back there are the following posts:
1. Keefe (ordered/paid before me): "what's up with my order?..."
2. Me: "what's up with my order, was last seen as canceled before batch 1 store went down"
3. Bogart (ordered/paid slightly after me): "what's up with my order...?"
4. BitSynCom (Quotes both Bogart and Keefe): Bogart, your order was shipped, so was Keefe's

I wonder if BitSynCom has me on ignore  Tongue.  I feel like an asshole spamming every avalon thread, but the 2 month and counting resolution time is ridiculous.  With thousands of $ of mining revenue on the line, I can't just wait to not receive a unit and then ask "hey, what happened to my order?", so I am trying to be as proactive as possible in getting confirmation of a shipment.

It's similar like the shipping I see for packages shipped to Europe:



Note that this package is held at the DHL location until somebody shows up and pays for the VAT and duty

In the case DHL needs money, they will call you up, my package was scanned at 08h40 and they callled me 11h25,
I picked it up an hour later

So don't panic, either DHL will show up with the package or they will call you with payment instructions

And most likely this will happen on Monday
