I think Waves team didn't handle the Poloniex situation well and I hope the brige has not been burnt. Presently, there are alot of good projects out there waiting for Poloniex to list them such as ICONOMI, Singularity, Stratis, Golem etc

Thats for rich and very tech people, you need to set up a node, and wait for DLPos Start, people need to vote for you, and you need 200k Waves, or something, you should ask Twiggy Smile for an invitation to Slack channel. Read more about DLPos coins. People can "leasing" you Waves, but they need to trust in you, of course you cant use the Waves "leased"

I believe that the figure for minimum staking being proposed was 10kW as a compromise between network resilience and accessibility to staking. At the time of Full Node release, this will be POS. LPOS will come later and will let people lease to a hot node with 1 real coin and 10kW leased coins to fulfill minimum stake requirements.

The POS is distributing fees only so I don't anticipate inflation. All this is just stuff I heard from Slack - so don't rely 100%
