Testnet 1.0.4 Live.Dependencies: JDK 1.8, Maven If you check out freshly, do this: git clone https://github.com/OrdinaryDude/elastic-core.git cd elastic-core mvn clean compile package mvn exec:java
If you are updating, do this: git stash git pull rm -rf elastic_test_db mvn exec:java
In all cases, entirely remove the old database! @unvoid: I sent 1,000,000 XEL to the faucet donation address.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Do you have a screenshot? Did you do a "mvn clean compile package"? It was missing above in the explanation!

How much was the ICO price? thanks a lot
ICO was 1 year ago. information about ICO price worth nothing any more. I expect a price around 50-100X ICO price when product is released. Just try to be the first buyer maybe some people will sell cheaper at the start

Do you have a screenshot? Did you do a "mvn clean compile package"? It was missing above in the explanation! Same problem here. git pull; mvn clean compile package; rm -rf elastic_test_db/
After 30min wait (to clear any bans) and boot no connection to your nodes. https://talk.elasticexplorer.org/t/blockchain-download-halted-no-connection/61@EK banned everyone for insubordination

Do you have a screenshot? Did you do a "mvn clean compile package"? It was missing above in the explanation! @EK i did it, this is not relevant new testnet version 1.0.4. I took that error for 2 weeks. I tried a lot of things, clean compile and other checks. I didn't see my node downloading blockchain before. here is : I am using Windows Server. I compiled everything (elastic-pl,elastic-core) and Wallets look like working. But it doesn't sync blocks.
I checked to test node connections from wireshark, everythings look like okay. I checked firewalls, ports, forwarding etc. Wallet can accessible on Public IP ( i didn't give now because of server is closing )
How can I anymore debugging for problem(s)?
edit: I recorded to how did I https://www.screencast.com/t/HoLiyzWZ2ysv

running Elastic-core_1.0.4 but not peers, no connection
Took me awhile to get any connections. Maybe wait little longer. I got connections (didn't watch but) after 1 to 2 hours. Some nasty bug messing our software. But still I don't know if I am on a fork. Let's wait for @EK and his mind.
