I have a miner that's submitting shares (with no errors) to US2, but they're not showing up on the site. Are they being counted? Won't be able to switch the miner over to a new server until the morning.

we seem to have lost db connection for a while between us2 mining node and db server
ecoinpool caches shares for up to an hour for cases like this
shares should be catching up now

seems like the same issue is popping up again? my miners are work are still submitting shares to us2, but they don't appear to be showing on the site

I am getting the same issue.  Connected to us2, no errors in the miner logs (BTCMiner) but the API/website is showing 0 hashrate.

Are these submitted shares counted?  It doesn't look that way on the website.  I imagine it would be a nightmare to sort out the reward if the shares aren't being counted in the database.

our www/db server host had some upstream work done over the last few hours, this should not have affected up, but they had some unexpected downtime.
Ecoinpool caches shares for up to an hour, remote nodes are connecting at the moment, we expect share count to catch up.
us2 server is not in the loop at the moment, DNS was pointed toward main us server 24 hours ago when it had an issue.

us1.ozco.in is having issues reconnecting to db
the shares are cached and we are working to catch up on that
in the mean time I have moved dns to us.ozco.in so users can see stats etc
I repeat, ecoinpool is designed with these issues in mind, shares are saved and will catch up when connection is restored.

We have 3 US servers
2 are in one DC in Dallas

The main server us.ozco.in has only had issues recently when the DC lost power (maybe 6 - 8 weeks ago).We did have some major issues with a rented dedicated in the early US node days(January), so I purchased a blade to co-locate with 4 quad core cpus and 48Gb ram. It runs the us.ozco.in and the Litecoin pool in seperate VMs.
us2 is a new node that is in Chicago. we have had a couple of teething problems with it, one being the UPS it was connected to was failing, these issues have been resolved.
us1 is a 2nd server in the Dallas DC it had an issue with stability after a patch was applied but "didn't take" when we worked out the issue we re-patched and its been fine since apart from the recent issue where it didn't re-sync.

The latest issue was our AU host's upstream provider was doing work on another part of their network upgrading power supplies, this was not meant to affect my host, but did. The AU server was offline for some time, when it came back online 4 of 5 mining nodes re-synced as expected, us1 could not connect and needed some work to resolve the issue, shares then transferred successfully to DB server.

We have 2 EU servers hosted at different DC's in Germany
eu.ozco.in had a few teething problems but has been good since.
eu2 had some issues but we were able to identify and fix before bringing it online.
All mining nodes had brief restarts after upgrading bitcoind to 0.6.3rc1

All mining nodes run exactly the same software (as little as possible) all have a minimum  of 8Gb ram and 2 cores CPU, all use less than 4Gb ram and 25%cpu
mining nodes are on vms on varying hardware.

Yes we have had a few issues with the "US nodes", no I don't think the "US server" is doing badly

Now we have 3 nodes in US and 2 in EU
us.ozco.in used to run >1.1Thash currently 827Ghash
us1.ozco.in 122Ghash
us2.ozco.in 210Ghash

eu.ozco.in 219Gh
eu2.ozco.in 21Gh

With staff online in EU , US and AU at different times of the clock most issues are identified and resolved quickly. The guys also have my skype and can wake me up if neccesary :/

I'm on US2 and I'm getting a massive amount of discarded work right now. About 50% of my gets are resulting in a discard. On other pools it's around 5-10%.

No rejects though.

Yep, I see the conversation in #cgminer what changes did you make to cgminer?
No one else is reporting issues
can you provide any more information? Singing I'm going songs and posts like above dont actually give us info to work with - if it is actually an Ozcoin issue.
