Ethereum is a coin that has a bright prospect in future. Investing in ETH is a good choice for now, prices will continue to rise as investors continue to add investment.

Yeah that's true , eth has finally proved itself that it simply doesn't have the most market cap after bitcoin. The only problem with eth is you need lot's of patience as price jump occurs once or thrice a year. And purchasing eth now can be a dumb decision as we have to wait for the big whales to sell everything

Lucky with only one hundred eth? how so

In today's price 100 eth is "only"  8700$. Even if it was 1000$ per eth, it would only be 100.000$.  I don't think anyone could be called wealthy by having 100 eth

I think ETH is still an interesting coin throughout 2017, because most of today's ico projects use ETH's smart contract.

I think price doesn't say anything because maybe some "rich guy" can "surfing" on that moment, you should have some knowledges about your altcoin's system, Etherum got a good basic system and something new that can't find at Bitcoin, so it's enough to become another currency side by side bitcoin.

That's right, HF & The DAO already hurt ethereum. But every coin could be made his comeback anytime. XRP is a part of the potential coin. with a lot of bankers are interested in there.

Hello if Op decide buy bitcoin when date he started this topic the price of etheruen is only $10 I remembered correct me if Im wrong and 1 year after the price now its $90 OH MY gosh your money become 9 times what if you invest thousand of dollars . I agree with. Also, ETH has created its demand by having more successful ICO on several tokens. Each transaction for this token, needs ether for processing. The more tokens, the more demand of ether gas.

actually there has been some increase in the number of trasnactions made by ethereum network because of its pump and all the ICO scams that are running using this platform but you are asking a very interesting question which i would also want to know the answer to.

how will other altcoins (eterum and others) react to a spam attack, will they even survive for one week let alone 2 years?

I think ethereum is a good Altcoins, but I don't know how long it in the market. But, I already support this coins and I was looking forward that this ethereum coins will become one of the famous Altcoins in the future.
