All of cryptocurrency has a good and a bad side same as ethereum. But for me, Ethereum has a good potential in cryptocurrency. It is the second of the great cryptocurrency. For now it has a good opportunity to invest in Ethereum to have good profit. It always a roller coaster in altcoins. Maybe in the end of year Ethereum will rise and show that it is worth it to invest in it. We can say it has great potential in the cryptocurrency.

Is Ethereum really an Alt coin? I think its a thing of its own.
Anyone know why its had such a rise in the past 48 hours?

Eth has faster/cheaper transactions, it is used for +90% of ICO, has a very strong team and, at the moment, there are no fractures at his internal.
Do you think the price will rise again? The price will for sure rise more this year. Ethereum has the potential to beat bitcoin, and become king of cryptos. Right now, ETH is testing new highs against USD. But honestly, I'd like to see its new highs against bitcoin, and not against USD. ETH is great right now with tall the rise but as I see, it quite being push at the limit and while BTC have more change to rise more by coming to the new year. |

Ethereum is a good alternative. It has its own uses and functionality. The use of ethereum depends too in your location. If you are in the Philippines, you need to swap your ethereum for bitcoin in order that you can exchange for a peso. In other words, we cannot use ethereum in the Philippines yet.

I agree that Ethereum is on of the good coin out there and with ICO's keep on going it means that ethereum will still grow in the future that is why I have my ethereum with me and letting it gain profit every time it goes up. |

Ethereum is a good altcoin for me and we should stick with ethereum especially for long term because if you stick with bitcoin from its price when it is dumped down to $10 then you already made a lot of profit and that is why ethereum is a good alt and a must to have for the next years.

As new projects will keep on launching the demand for ethereum will keep on rising, which is a really good reason to invest in ethereum and start gaining profit from it. But currently the price of ethereum is rising, so we can wait for some time when there's a drop in it's price and then invest in it. It'll surely rise again, All thanks to the new ICO'S that keep coming up and increase ethereums value and help in making it's future bright!
The bottom line is ethereum is probably the best altcoin out there and it has a bright and rising future and maybe
someday it MIGHT compete with bitcoin or even be Better than bitcoin.MAYBE.

Though it has been the base-camp of ICOs but I do believe its excellent to have Ethereruems. I am sure it will rise to 1000$ in 2018 or even more. This is having the most steady price rising in 2017 this year.

Ethereum has this buzz going all around the crypto market and most of it are true that it is growing popularity. Some major blogs like sciencealert & CNBC have published positive reviews or articles on ETH that people have started trusting ETH more than before.But the scalability issue is a big challenge for ETH so far and if they don't turn around quickly from this, then it is possible that they get dumped!

Ether is been used by almost all ICO's that is coming out. This wide acceptance gives it the edge over the rest altcoin couple with the advantage of smart contract which makes it compatible with most of the tokens being offered.Ether has much room to be hold.

Ethereum is probably one of the best Alts to invest in. Just look at recent news with Ether at an ALL TIME HIGH!!! My forecast is that this will only continue in the future with Ether hit $1,000 USD Per 1 Ether.

Best of the best altcoin, and we should look forward for it's price increasing up to 20% from the price today till the next couple of months. I'll try to save some of my Ethereum for future purposes. I know it will goes well even after new years eve.  |

Ethereum is number one coin in altcoin after BTC and it is in top 10 in marketcap. ETH is a must for apply to new ICOs as approx all ICOs using ERC20 token which require eth wallet and best is the myetherwallet. You have to save your private key to a safer place as if you lost that, you cannot do anything in your account.

For several months, Ethereum has been highly promoted indirectly by the fact that there are so many projects using it as a platform of their ICO and coin. As a matter of fact, some others from different platforms are shifting to Ethereum.
