hi please noted that the refund process not control by us . we only show what you have. When the your merchant make the refund. the process could take from 5 > 15 working days in order to show in your card balance. if your merchant confirmed they done the refund and after 10 or 15 working days you not see the fund appear. please let us know. we can have a look thank you

Yes, even after you received the confirmation email of your deposit and it's listed under your balances, then still you can get the error The problem will magically disappear after a random amount of time... it's clearly an error in their interface, where the deposited money still has to be transferred to another bank account before it can be transferred to Visa Send a request to support (try their Skype) and they will tell you to be patient Highly annoying... When is this going to be fixed?

I'm having the same problem. Support said it's a problem with their "Euro bank". They said it would be solved today.

Due to "Bank Holiday" in UK and all bank closed today then we can not convert fund to USD and EUR if you need urgent card for shopping please using GBP card instead you also can speak with our team via skype : uquid.support

I guessed it was such an issue because of past experiences but can you atleast change the error message to reflect the real reason why it did not succeed? It is really confusing

It is really confusing I am sorry for that as the bank not open then we can not convert fund to USD or GBP but the fund still in GBP that mean all GBP customer still loading as normal i do apologize for any inconvenicence caused i will discuss with our technique team to fixing with some error message ! thanks

Hi I transferred 11 EURO from my balance to card, had 14.23 EUROs before the transfer, now I just have 3.23 EUROs and the transfer too failed, the card balance shows as 0, any suggestions as to what is to be done? https://i.imgur.com/Uzl9zVR.pngRegards Suraj S
