I tried to send some coins out of my wallet and now they have disappeared, tried sending a coin to my wallet to make sure there was enough for the fee after I saw there was no confirmations for hours.

Can't find any info on the blockchain either.

Apparently those coins were mined in fork (your own version of blockchain). Please make sure your on correct blockchain (the same as on Explorers) and reset your wallet (in menu File).

PM me with more details and I will help you. Like what type of wallet you're using, what version etc. I assume it's GUI. Then to backup  just copy file karbowanecwallet.wallet
from c:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\karbowanec\ to some folder to create it's backup. You can also backup wallet file from menu File -> Backup wallet in GUI. Third way to create backup is File -> Export private keys (copy private keys, paste it into Notepad and save somewhere in safe place). You can reset your wallet in GUI with menu File -> Reset wallet. It will rescan blockchain from scratch for your coins. But you have to be sure you're synchronized to correct blockchain. Use latest wallet version.
