I will never accept bitcoins as salary and that is not because i dont use bitcoins but what if you get 10 bitcoins each month and the first month the price is 400 dollar each and the next 200 you lose allot of money.
I will accept bitcoin as my salary, it's a good idea. We don't need to worry about the price next month will decline until $200, there will be some adjustments compare to local money if the price decline than your salary should increase as much following standard of your salary each month. That rule what we need if bitcoin become our salary.

For me it would not be a very smart thing to have Bitcoin as a salary, Bitcoin is not stable as a currency and that is what makes it tricky.
It means that your salary also is not going to be very stable.

accepting bitcoin as you salary is  a little bit risky since bitcoins price is too volatile if you decide to accept bitcoin as your salary then you must   prepared or ready  yourself  on the changes  on your  salary if bitcoin price would go up then  its a good  add up on your basic salary if it doesnt then expect lower  amount.

Yes, i will. Accepting bitcoin as my salary is not bad though, i mean the price of bitcoin can increase when we received our payment, so it's make our payment become more big than the normal.

But it can also go the other way, as if price fall back to $200 or $300 then it will reduce your income and it will become difficult to take care of our expenses so I will never prefer to get paid in bitcoins.

In Europe there is a hot new pertaining to a company whose going to introduce paying bitcoins to their employees. But given the instability of the bitcoins market value is it an advantage for the employees or an disadvantage. In my opinion this kind of payment for salary is not yet beneficial to employees not until bitcoins price has become stabled. Though if bitcoin will start to increase its monetary value it can be advantageuos but if not then it is a peril to the employees. So what do you think, what is your opinion on this matter?
Who dont want to accept bnitcoins as their salary that would be great because i know for sure that the bitcoin will rise allot so you will get only more in the future!

I personally wouldn't mind my wages being paid in Bitcoin, since they'd be easily transactable and fairly liquid, and could be a good investment for whatever I wouldn't have to use immediately. I would maybe prefer for 3/4 of my wages to be paid in fiat and the remainder to be paid in Bitcoin, because that way I can be sure that I'll have money to over my expenses and still have a portion paid in Bitcoin.

Maybe if the employer offers some insurance against swings in the market, I can see something like this working.
Off course i dont want to accept bitcoins as my salary why would i accept something that is not stable some times i will get more then other months i dont think that is great.

It means that your salary also is not going to be very stable.

That is going to be nice if you are a risk-taker type of person.
It will feel like you are gambling in real life using your salary.

Perhaps it's not a very good idea to take such measure now. The high volatility can bring too much instability on your earnings, not only positively but also in a negative manner.

I think that I would accept it but I do not really want this because than I need to transfer it all to another account for my payments in an other currency.
I just think that right now its  not the good time to do this.

But for the long term bitcoin saver, getting partial amount of salary in bitcoin must be a very big help to avoid many hassles while buying bitcoins. The price instability are moving towards higher prices in long term. So, being a bitcoiner, I never worry about price instabilities, I always look for higher target after decades.

Off course.

But I have one honest opinion as amount of salary must have fixed in BTC currency. As I have already done few tie ups with parties and got payments to. But while making contract deal was done with amount in USD . So as price changes amount receiving in BTC also get changed.

So I am thinking to make such deal with fixed BTC amount no USD or and other Fiat currency.

No I would not do this because its not easy to pay with it right now, you will have to transfer it to all kind of currency's.
If I can pay my expenses with the bitcoin I would consider it.

This answer is another story to think about. You have a good point.
It would just bring you more hassle than you always used to have.
