In Europe there is a hot new pertaining to a company whose going to introduce paying bitcoins to their employees. But given the instability of the bitcoins market value is it an advantage for the employees or an disadvantage. In my opinion this kind of payment for salary is not yet beneficial to employees not until bitcoins price has become stabled. Though if bitcoin will start to increase its monetary value it can be advantageuos but if not then it is a peril to the employees. So what do you think, what is your opinion on this matter?

I personally wouldn't mind my wages being paid in Bitcoin, since they'd be easily transactable and fairly liquid, and could be a good investment for whatever I wouldn't have to use immediately. I would maybe prefer for 3/4 of my wages to be paid in fiat and the remainder to be paid in Bitcoin, because that way I can be sure that I'll have money to over my expenses and still have a portion paid in Bitcoin.

Maybe if the employer offers some insurance against swings in the market, I can see something like this working.

What do i have about if my boss is paying me with bitcoins i dont have something with the bitcoin and i cant pay my bills with it so why should i say yes lets pay me in bitcoins i dont see
the point because i dont want is just gold id enough.

yes  i will receive my salary in bitcoin it will be good option for me because bitcoin increase its price faster  and if bitcoin increase its price then my salary will also increasing .

I can accept bitcoin as my salary as long as the value of BTC they would give me would be equal as if I am also earning real currency. I can just cash out my bitcoin immediately if I needed the money and minimize also the risk.

we can consider it to be faster and easier to transfer your salary if you will receive it in bitcoin but the problem is it is more risky , well do you want your salary to have a unstable amount ? yes it is going up sometimes but we don't even know when it will go to the lower price .  it is more better to receive it on fiat system .

Bitcoin prices are highly volatile.It would be risky to accept bitcoin as salary unless I have another source of income to fall back upon in case bitcoin prices fall

Yes i would gladly accept my salary in bitcoins, price instability could be a problem so i would sell half(as soon as i'm paid) and keep half.

Well we can choose if we accept bitcoin is our salary because you can automatically receive your salary to your wallet unlike real fiat you can get your money first in your boss before goint to your debit or credit card unlike you are receiving salary in you wallet fast and easy and also you can get the benefits of the present price after block halving if you see that the price is increase even a small amount better to go away and save it to your wallet..

of course the price fluctuates all the time though if we would use bticoins more than we do right now i think that it would be a really great idea to have more bitcoins as an investment
