Maybe I can accept because bitcoin today is very easy to use, You know just scan QR Code and  you can now paid a payments. But I think most of people in my country will can't accept bitcoin as there salary because most of them didn't know what bitcoin is.

Good thing about accpeting bitcoin as a salary is that you can get all your salary and give only few payout fees. If you are a part of our country that gets 12% tax from your salary then i guess i would consider this one

If youre just seeing the tax then it wouldnt also a good idea  to accept bitcoin as a salary since bitcoins price is unstable in that case you salary would depends on bitcoin price which is not really good especially on down trend of bitcoin price. Im not contradicting your  opinion  but im just saying the  possible situations that would happen. Well itdepends on our decision  on which suits our needs.

In Europe there is a hot new pertaining to a company whose going to introduce paying bitcoins to their employees. But given the instability of the bitcoins market value is it an advantage for the employees or an disadvantage. In my opinion this kind of payment for salary is not yet beneficial to employees not until bitcoins price has become stabled. Though if bitcoin will start to increase its monetary value it can be advantageuos but if not then it is a peril to the employees. So what do you think, what is your opinion on this matter?
To me its a great way to receive money. Much better than direct deposit which takes like 5 days to receive. but the thing that would hold me back is the volatility of the price. If there was a way to receive money in bitcoin and not risk it being devalued in weeks, that would the be best option.

Yeah, that's very true. The bitcoin will certainly become a necessity for all, especially in terms of providing salary. because the bitcoin much easier, simple, practical, and inexpensive. It is a plus that is quite good compared to using a bank.

in some ways yes it is better than banks. but what banks give you is a specific worth of your assets like for example say you have exactly $1000 usd in your bank account, but with bitcoin that net worth changes alot depending on the exchange rate.

i would never accept bitcoins as my salary either, i think that it would be a disaster if i made such decision because the price fluctuates a lot and i would lose money

I agree price fluctuates is a real disaster plus just imagine how long you have to wait until your transaction gets confirmed.

Really feared the people receiving salaries bitcoin is if the price is volatile. Due to blink our money could be reduced if the price drops. But I think the confirmation bitcoin fairly fast friends, so people are not too concerned with the confirmation.
Of course I would not want that to happen, hence I do not want bitcoin to be my salary as of yet. Even if there is a chance for bitcoin to gain in value, the risk of it fluctuating is rather terrifying since you really can not accurately predict what is going to happen.

Your looking at the picture wrong. So your wrong.

If you have $1,000 in your bank account, you can be sure you will have $1,000 in that same account tomorrow.

As for BitCoin, if you have 10 BTC in your wallet, you can be damn sure that you'll have 10 BTC tomorrow.

Well, let alone it is difficult to predict the price of bitcoin because no one knows even one minute ahead bitcoin prices will be like. But some people want a salary in the form of bitcoin but returned to each. Because I think a more secure and comfortable salary in the form of fiat rather than bitcoin. Although we could exchange bitcoin by fiat quickly but it was a little inconvenient.

yeah you maybe are right but that guy has also i point.  I think he is also thinking of what if the price would also grow so fast then i may take advantage to this one and got the chance to higher is income

Having balance in bank account will never change the value of the balance, that's can happen but just a little percentage, but having a balance in bitcoin form maybe yesterday will happen the different total of amount with your BTC balance caused by the fluctuation price and that seems it's can profitable but at the same time will disserve too.

Most people prefer to recieve fiat than bitcoin as a salary. no one can replace fiat  because its been used for how many years and centuries.

If you're holding a bitcoin debit card, then accepting your salary in bitcoin would be more beneficial than getting it in fiats as of now. Because, in my case I am converting my salary into bitcoin for my saving and for gambling spending. If I do directly get bitcoins that would save more time for me which is usually occurring with conversion.

That's easy if you have no other purpose on your salary, if it is just for your savings and for your gambling, but if you are spending it on food and paying bills that don't accept bitcoin, that would be a great inconvenience in you,  that you have to make two conversion before you could use it again and by that, there will always be a deduction and that percentage to me would look like a waste.. Except if you are living in a place that everyone is accepting bitcoin.

An ideal situation would be the option to choose every month whether you want a certain portion of your salary in bitcoins or not. This way you aren't totally reliant on bitcoin, but if there's something in particular you want to buy or use them on, you can still take some bitcoins. Of course, that would never happen, but if it were to happen I'd take that.

To me it really does not matter what way I get my salary.
The most important thing is that I get it.

For me, I would only accept bitcoin if it was my local currency - don't think there is much chance in that happening in the next few years. Costs a lot to transfer out and all banks accept fiat. And too mush risk in fluctuation. If BTC ever became a mainstream currency, then I wouldn't hesitate. At least BTC retains its value so long as it is a valuable asset, a government simply can't print more them.

No bro it should matter as bitcoin and fiat are totally different as you are a newbie you still need to know many basic things about bitcoins, you get salary of $650 worth bitcoin and after some weeks it dropped to $400 then will it be not important too that what way you get your salary ?
