I certainly do not want to, because it is extremely detrimental to the employee. Because bitcoin prices fluctuate which may cause us to lose wages because of the price drop after our payday
Absolutely the effort you give might have be wasted because of the fluctuating price of bitcoin,  yes you might get lucky if bitcoin price will go up during your payout but if not well goodluck

If I can withdraw my Bitcoin quickly after I receive it like with an ATM or whatever it is, then I'll say yes to accept my salary with Bitcoin. Because the problem is, in my country it's quite hard to withdraw your Bitcoin into fiat.

True with other countries. But I hope there will be something like ours there. Where we can exchange our bitcoin in one specific ATM card then that it. You can withdraw it. It just takes a day before the transaction is complete.

pretty straight forward Cheesy yeah i can see what you are saying.  receiving bitcoin in buying price and converting it to fiat money in selling price will automatically lose you some money.  And considerinng the fact that sometimes it will take time to receive the  cash.  So yeah bitcoin as freebies and money for salary!

It will be better if I can be paid 20% in bitcoin and 80% in fiat. I will save 50% of the bitcoin and use the rest.

but i think most of the people are thinking that they do not like their salary to receive in local cirrency. they are thinking that it is more convenient for them to use fiat currency in the market instead of bitcoin. therefore they wants all their salary in local currency.

I doubt any of the governments would even allow this since bitcoin will allow people to launder money and also prevent people from paying taxes. And in any case why would company payout with bitcoins when everything is good so far.

What country are you exactly from? I mean, not that I want to stalk your or something but from what I know, there are multiple sites that are actually offering Bitcoin ATMs that you can withdraw anytime at any international teller machines.

That's really interesting quastion. Probably in the future it would be possible but just for now I wouldn't accept bitcoin as a salary.
is it you wait until bitcoin become mainstream or ease of using bitcoin in the future? I thought maybe I'd say you're late to use it because bitcoin is already valuable and hig price. so you will only receive liitle bitcoin.
for now being in fact no actual salaries paid by outside companies using bitcoin.

As I have enough fiat to get by comfortably I would accept Bitcoin as my salary and not have a care in the world. Others who are not in my postion I could understand not wanting to be paid strictly in Bitcoin and that is a shame. If they wanted to but was just scared of the price they could be paid at the USD at the moment of being paid. Of course there can be swings but as adoption grows it is speculated that that will be reduce and actually stable out so we will see.

You don't pay enough.

Yeah like coinbank but those master or debit card i don't need it because we have already a site available only for philippines that you can withdraw instantly without or you have atm cards..  but i am choosing without or cardless payout in the bank which is i can withdraw via codes in one bank..
This is the fastest withdrawal without any fees we are lucky that i am here in my country because  there is no fee in withdrawing bitcoins into fiat..

Sure, why not , when the bitcoin prices are so high at the present time is much better than on the dollar , but at this point will be
will be a very big risk for salaried Bitcoins because prices will go up and down , it will make a lot kekwatiran to someone
who need money for bills and family needs .

Bitcoin can be highly volatile currency to taking salary in bitcoin might not be a good idea we cant take risk with our hardly earned salary even chances of getting profit is higher. Also converting them to fiat will cause some fees so i would prefer fiat currecy as salary
