This is getting silly. What's the point of having an exchange when you can not withdraw BTC from it and someone is doing it manually? That should be stated with big letters on the exchange's site. Fix the withdrawals (or warn people in visible way about the problem) or all the people you have attracted lately will run away.

Most wallets are coded for Windows. Then just use passphrase to access account, done.
Thanks, but I don't have windows. I guess I need to do Linux. What version/distro is compatible?

HEAT after pumps like that one tends to retrace 40% again. Let's hope this time it won't be like that. If we all hold and stop selling trying to aim for the top, all of us will benefit.

BTC withdrawals are being processed now. Okay thank you. But where is my balance? The upper left corner is totally blank. I cant buy any HEAT, so there are no funds. I am really afraid

Guys, once again - those are fake assets on that exchange. Anyone can create asset there and name them however they want. The only one certified asset is BTC/HEAT (and there is XEL asset managed by one of the users). The rests are just resembling the name of real coin, but you can not trade them for real coin.

BTC withdrawal needs to be much faster. In these volatile times, waiting 24+ hours is not acceptable.
I think the company Heat Ledger Ltd has plans to implement automatic withdrawal during July/August, perhaps using the new microservices to be launched. What are the Microservices please mate?

Understood that it is early days. However it doesn't set the expectations right when it says 0-24hours withdrawals. And then the wait is consistently 24+ hours. All I'm saying is - they should put with giant red letters the following text: BTC withdrawals take 1-2 days. Faster withdrawal coming: ETA August. The devs store all funds in cold wallets I guess. It takes longer to process, but at least it's hacker proof. Very important for as long as the platform is in beta.

OK... I tried using the web wallet and it doesn't seem to work. Block explorer tab doesn't even show any blocks.
Can someone help?
Logging in all you get is
"Something went wrong it seems This is what we got back from our blockchain minions: misc error"
