Update: BitBook.biz is back up and running

We hope there will not be any more outages like this. We will be monitoring things closely. We'd like to thank everyone for their patience.

This was annoying, and I may have been a bit over-perturbed earlier.  I understand the value of a good bookie, and despite some misleading approaches to defining limits, you guys otherwise are pretty on the up and up and appear to try hard to do the right thing.  On top of that, you guys being out of commission saved me half a bitcoin.  Going hold off on the math for the rest of the set I chose, and just be grateful for the half BtC.  If you're going to crash, next time try to avoid UFC nights!

We appreciate the support. We hope not to crash like this again - especially on a UFC night.

Because we cover all transaction fees we have a minimum withdrawal to prevent costly transaction spam. We have discussed having a lower limit, and we can look into this further. Thanks for the feedback.

take it for what its worth, but i have confidence in this site.  always instant and NEVER an issue.

Thanks BitcoinzRulez. We appreciate the support. You are correct that withdrawals were never an issue. Before, during, and after yesterday's odds outage all withdraw requests were processed immediately - just as they always are.

it happened again?HuhHuhHuhHuhHuh???WTF!  couldn't put in my parlay. I bit my tongue yesterday and didnt say anything now I am F*cking pissed! I went to put in a 3 team parlay and for one of the teams it said "it was a popular bet"? and blocked me from putting it in then I got the betting on hold then it came back up and the betting was closed. Yes you have a great site but you need to get your shit together.

We just placed a bet and worked fine.

Thanks, we work hard not only for players but services alike surely we both also agree each deserves a fair handshake. Transparency is extremely important and will continue to provide that on a regular basis for the benefit of the industry.

Hey BitcoinHawker, we're sorry you were unable to get your parlay down. The "Popular Bet" message is triggered when we got a disproportionate amount of action on 1 side of a bet. We hate to ever limit action, and we can understand how it can be frustrating. We work hard to minimize the frequency that these limits must be applied, but our commitment is to always manage BitBook as responsibly as possible, which at times that means limiting our exposure, by decreasing a max.

We can see how it can be frustrating when an event has 0 remaining, and we will continue to work hard to limit the occurrences or this situation. We can look further into more aggressively moving lines to limit these occurrences. Thanks for the feedback.

Live was restored last night around 1am UTC - halfway through the Knicks-Pacers NBA game. We will continue monitoring it today.

Hello sir, firstly id like to say that I love your site. I do have a suggestion that would be amazing if you added it.

A simple statistics page that lists the following personal stats:
- Total profit by month, week, day, etc.
- Total amount deposited
- Total amount withdrawn
- Most profitable sport
- Least profitable sport
- Etc.

If you added that it would be great for people like me who would like to easily keep track of these things.

If you like my idea feel free to add to my balance xD

I hope to see you implement something like this in the future.
