Ouroboros:  proof-of-stake-based blockchain protocol.

Ouroboros

The unique characteristic of Ouroboros is that the protocol was developed in tandem with a proof of security that aims to communicate in a succinct way that the proposed blockchain protocol satisfies the properties of a robust transaction ledger. Central to the proof is a combinatorial analysis of a class of strings that admit a certain discrete structure that maps to a blockchain fork.

ECIP-1030: Defining the SYSTEM Transaction. This gives a standardized view of SYSTEM transactions -- transactions that are enforced by block validity rules (i.e. if the transaction is not included, it is considered invalid) but not executed by users. Note that this does not change consensus at all, but just gives a unified view of a special type of transactions (which we already have -- block rewards) in preparation of future extension (for example, EIP96 (ethereum/EIPs#210) is one that uses SYSTEM transactions). Using this view, an Ethereum Virtual Machine itself can handle all account state changes without needing additional work from the client.

Many people have high expectation on ETC growth, already the price of ETC price reduced to more than half but with the increase in the price of Bitcoin the value of ETC price reduced.

It is not a pump, it just moved a little. We're still on the accumulating zone. Getting ready for September, it should be exciting. UBIQ will working with ETC Commonwealth.

ETC will go up a lot as soon as BTC's crazy rally takes a breather. There are a lot of things going on behind the scenes. I really believe next year the same time ETC will be at least $50 per coin possibly $100.

I don't find new activity from developers of ETC and comunity of ETC what's will happen in ethereum classic in September
but maybe you have saw about Ethereum’s Metropolis Hard Fork Will Activate at the End of September https://t.co/H3jHbuAHOA ,ethereum and ethereum classic (ETH and ETC) are something different and they are no same, they are different Dev team, comunity and other.

Might happen but not massively I guess slowly.
I assume this ETC like his brother ETH , Although the price is far adrift between ETC and ETH but each has different advantages. If I was told to choose between ETH and ETC I would choose both.

Ethereum Commonwealth adheres to a policy of full financial transparency. They keep a complete financial history in an open document so that everyone can see it, visit the link source to more information about the updates the projects of DEX update:

1. Transparency
2. ERC223 Problem that is solved by this project: Money losses. ERC20 token standard contains a vulnerability, but it is very widely used. This resulted in the loss of more than $ 500,000 ERC20 tokens in the Ethereum network. The problem of ERC20 tokens has unlimited scalability, and it's only a matter of time if someone loses $ 60,000,000 if no one will stop it.
3. Crosschain ENS This doesn't solve any of the existing problems but significantly improves the whole Ethereum infrastructure
4. ETC Wallet updating about ETC's wallet
5. ETC MetaMask
6. Decentralized Mining pool is in development

I think so. There are a few other coins such as Bitcoin Cash or ETC will rise a lot when the Bitcoin is in trouble.

ETC will catch up to the rest of the big caps that pumped recently. It's a matter of when and not if. Just make sure you don't miss the boat. Chart is very nice also.

does anyone know what is coming ico based on ethereum classic? this can greatly help the project, because now it looks a bit tired compared to the usual ether.
as far as I can remember there were 1-2 cases, but this is not enough, too little.
