You can't receive ETC on an ETH address, it's different blockchains.

guys can you please explain the etc advantages to eth? there are lots of arguement about that. i like and believe etc, but i do not know why can i trust:)

ETC has a Cap of 210 - 230 mil
ETH no cap
ETC is decentralized
ETH is centralized
ETC didn't change time by turning their Blockchain back
ETH "Did" change time by turning their Blockchain back

yes, eth is centralized and i think is getting more gov't approval so i guess it'll be gov't regulated soon. when that happens, i suppose it won't grow as much in value anymore as it'll be controlled? by then, maybe most eth users will realize that etc could be the best of the two since it is the original ethereum and is decentralized - and maybe by then, it'll breakout and go past eth's market value.

if not mistaken eth is 110m cap but they can decide to mine more...right?

i see corporate blockchain go mainstream next year: Ripple, eth and zcash, maybe factom and also private blockchain without token. 3 main community blockchain like btc, etc, monero and a zcash fork token.

eth will go PoS at the end of this year, with no cap

btc is going to fork in August or October so not much to complain if eth have no cap.

Price is back to normal now, probably a small scale pump dump by a group of traders or sth

There are a myriad of small things that have happen, like you listed that separate the coins.  Most of these little things amount to squat when it comes to price, value and worth.  The coins are very close to each other as far as code and the differences are not that overly important to the casual end user.

The main place where the coins differ is outside the code, outside the blockchain.  It is in the groups that released, control and admin the coins, it is in the politics of those people and the general way that they approach the coins.  Read here and there in the threads and you can feel the difference.

I just read it doesn't, but would like confirmation and more information about whether the feature will eventually be merged into ETC.

ETC's price is been expected to rise. Good thing I have seen the news that China is talking about ETC a lot. So much movements, 15% profit in 2 days is not bad. . But I will hold until the sell pressure is high enough for it to be stable on that floor.

That is infact a great news and we need to see projects coming out with ETC to make it relevant ,i am not sure why the price is rising without any projects lined up but i am sure when the projects starts coming out using the ETC platform it would rise higher.

I am looking at etc for a couple projects...real projects not bs icos with no use. now if somebody would just reach out to me from the etc dev team, that would be a plus.
