Wotcha guys, Just your friendly neighbourhood hands on entrepreneur & developer (mobile & serverside) and starting to do more work with & around bitcoin. For a while I've been playing with mining with a few machines - mostly GPU for BTC, cpu for LTC with a separate setup for devcoins. I'm quite interested in the whole devcoin side to things and how it can be used to foster a larger, more collaborative community. I'd like to explore, at some point in the near future, ideas for using the bitcoin network for things like voting (outside of the feature/flag voting currently done for BIP's). Any questions or you just wanna chew over ideas - feel free to drop me a line Seek~

Ok, intro time. I call myself the worlds oldest programmer. I started programming in FORTRAN when you wrote a program on punch cards waited a whole day to see if your program ran got it back found bugs and repeat. There was only one computer in all of Flagstaff, AZ at the time at NAU. I am now writing apps for the Android phones.
What a lovely story nice to meet you I hope we become good friends x

Hi all,
New to Bitcoins and all that malarkey, however I'm easing in nicely.
Really fascinates me! Struggling with UK restrictions on getting hold of them easily, but sure I'll manage.

Hello. I have been playing around with bitcoins for a while now but have not really been involved with the community.
I have a bitcoin related project I am working on and figured I had better get involved in the community sooner rather than later.

Hmmm. It looks like mining goes a little faster at night than during the day.

Hi, I'm Niki from Bulgaria... mining since May.2011 started with 6670 just for a try and several weeks later had 2 rigs with 3 5830s each. Funny or not the most profit I made was in November/December (when the price and diff were low) mining with my tops 3GH/s and enjoying the heat in the winter Now I'm with the same 6670 + one half dead 5850 and a total of ~300MH/s waiting for the ASICs to arrive (eventualy). I'm a member of this forum more than a year, and still in the Newbie prison.. anyway time to escape it

Max Keiser mentioned it on the Alex Jones Show two days ago. I then searched out several YouTube videos on the subject and promptly signed up.
