Hi, I'm Jordo.

I've discovered Bitcoins a few months back but never really got into it. The past few weeks though, I've been doing some researching and a bit of bitcoin/litecoin mining with some crappy computers laying around.

I hope to see you all around!

I don't trust anyone in the real world, so the same definitely applies to something that deals with potential money. Wink

Thanks for the welcome!

Hi all.... 6 days lurker on this forum now introducing my self....

When the renowned newzbin2 site was closed, A new site was recommended somewhere... Only problem was that they demanded one BTC for one year membership (january 2013) I managed to get a few and forgot about BTC afterwards...

Now i feel lucky to have been introduced to this alternative currency that i truly believe has the potential to make this world a better place for all.... not just the bankers Smiley

I will be giving some small amount of BTC in paperwallets to the 18 people who will come to celebrate my birthday next week.....

Funny fact... Not one of the about 30 people i have talked with today has ever heard about BTC.

I was asking about bitcoin and thinking of getting involved.  My friend said to come here first.  I'm old, married with a beard.

Hey all, BigAnth here, I read about bitcoin about a year ago but only now getting into mining. Late to the party but hopefully it's a long one. In the process of building a rig to mine LTC and others.

I'd personally leave LTC in the dust. Of the crypto-currencies available today, I'd say BTC is the big fish.
All the media focus is currently surrounding BTC. Just my 2 cents.

OBTCligatory first post.

On the subject of btc vs ltc, I'd say meh, ltc seems kind of redundant.

This site should have a banner when not logged in to beg newbies to register to start accumulating time rather than lurking for a year before contributing.

I love bitcoins.

Hello all, I'm just another newbie getting started out. First heard about bitcoin years ago when it was around $1, now I'm really kicking myself that I didn't invest earlier. Cheesy

I'm here for better rates than mtgox. The mandatory minimum post count seems kind of arbitrary, but here's to exceeding that.

I am just basically here wanting to get a little support from bitinstant. I have been waiting on their support email, but had no luck there, so I figure I will contact URSAY whenever I am allowed to send private messages(If an admin could enable this feature for me, I would greatly appreciate it).

I was mistaken. Just noticed a small bit that I missed. Very sorry about that.

I've been lurking here as a guest for a while, but now we're considering taking bitcoins for our game (Eufloria), if only for a short experiment. So here I am Smiley
