Hello everyone:
I am also known as Déesse D'or, I only just learned of Bitcoin in January of this year and fell in fascination with it immediately! The very thought of currency that may be kept somewhat anonymous is truly exciting.
Currently, I am on a quest to learn all I am able about crypto-coin. About a month ago, I became aware of Litecoin and now I am keeping track of Peercoin(ppc) and IXcoin as well. I feel strongly that crypto-currency will only grow in popularity and is in no threat of going away.

Hi all, i'm juiced, bought some bitcoins and waiting for the day an ASIC company actually can deliver a bitcoin mining device next day. Until then I rather invest my money in bitcoins as the value keeps rising. I heard about bitcoins back in 2011, but only thought of it as a waste of computing energy compared with the value of the bitcoin then, I think I have to admit I was wrong. But I decided to keep an eye on it and things were getting more interesting in March this year and I decided to jump in reading everything about bitcoins and when I saw those mining rigs I realized this is serious business. And when understanding how bitcoins really work I realized this is the future. Bitcoin is the next episode in the Digital Revolution. I never bought something with a bitcoin, probably because it's not mainstream yet. I think this day will come and the value of a bitcoin will keep on rising exponentially until it reaches a value of a tens of thousands of dollars, maybe even hundreds of thousands. Just my 2 BTC.

How Ripple Rips you: "The founders of Ripple Labs created 100 billion XRP at Ripple's inception. No more can be created according to the rules of the Ripple protocol. Of the 100 billion created, 20 billion XRP were retained by the creators, seeders, venture capital companies and other founders. The remaining 80 billion were given to Ripple Labs. Ripple Labs intends to distribute and sell 55 of that 80 billion XRP to users and strategic partners. Ripple Labs also had a giveaway of under 200 million XRP (0.002% of all XRP) via World Community Grid that was later discontinued.[29] Ripple Labs will retain the remaining 25 billion"

We have been mining for quite some time and been waiting for ASIC products too long. Currently it is not much of a choice for those of us that wants to take the next step in mining. We have therefore started to produce our own ASIC miners to allow more people to get them.

We are starting up our ASIC mining business now and would like to join the forums to be able to discuss our solution and make it better. I hope this request will make it possible.

Been here forever (~3 years). Don't remember how I discovered Bitcoin... if I had to guess, I used to to distributed compute for shits and giggles (folding@home mostly), so I probably stumbled on it in those circles.
Finally bothering to register and wait out this newbie crap. Probably posting in whitelist request board, not expecting much, busy forum these days. Cheers fellow noobs.

Uberlurker. Been here since the Finney transaction. Please consider this before replying; there is a good chance I've heard it before.

Been keeping up with Bitcoin for awhile now. Heard about it way back when it first got started and I've been kicking myself repeatedly for not jumping in then. Live you learn. Will be going to make my first BitInstant cash deposit for Bitcoin tomorrow. Giddy as a freaking schoolgirl. Hope to learn a lot here and meet some great people!
