Yes of course as published in  FAQ 2 applies to all participants ICO no special requirements

As a gesture of appreciation, all ICO participants will have the option to receive an exclusive “ICONOMI Founders’ Club” debit card.

But for the cost of shipping it seems there is a requirement

available free of charge to investors who invested above a certain threshold and with a small fee to cover the shipping costs to all other ICO participants.

Each ICO participant will be able to receive debit card. Regardless of the amount invested. However, we'll have to set a threshold above which we'll be able to send it for free.

For example, we can't send it for free to someone who invested 50 USD for example.

ICONOMI will represent %of income provided by iconomi founds. for each toke they will pay dividends proportional to % of share you have.
Something like stocks but ONLY for dividends.
More dividends more iconomi is valued simple

And the good sing on Liqui is, that you can trade from beginning. Also you can react on new things. For example you invest in the ICO and the DEVS produces Bullshit.

How do we know this tx id or wallet is owned by ICONOMI and not just some other wallet they control?

i'd love to see the movement of btc in/out of ALL the devs wallets once the ICO is over.  lol.
