Right now we are:
- 2 cofounders + an advisor basically on close to same level of dedication as us two
- 4 developers. 2 more onboarding right now
- 1 designer being onboarded right now as well
- 1 legal
- 1 product guy coming from Berlin on 16th October
- 2 in communications / marketing
- 1 financial guy

The thing is, that we started hiring before ICO ended as well as looking for new office space to rent. And we were actually warming people that were able to join right now almost since the beginning of this year. All that because if we would start with all that right now, we wouldn't be able to have team as of right now before year ends. You can't get A+ players right off the shelf in a week to say.

How long to burn the funds I can't say right now. Could be that legal is something we'll have to pay a lot for. I would say we are good for at least 5years (that would be $2m per year, which we are far from burning right now... but let's take into account that there might be some unexpected costs). Additionally to that. I was in NYC last week and lawyers there talk 6 digit figures and our PR agency is located right on Wall Street - they for sure are not the cheapest - but are very much needed.

You announced that the funds past $5 mil would be used for the performance.fund. What's going on exactly?

I think the ethereum network has been hacked again my cloud mining operation sent me an email:

"Attention! Due to the recent and ongoing attacks on the Ethereum network we are experiencing issues processing particular blocks. Due to this we are temporarily disabling Ethereum withdrawals, while Ethereum developers are working on a solution and the issue is fixed".

Will eth network effect Icn distribution?

The Parity client seems to be working much better than geth these days. The attacks are ongoing though - there have been numerous fixes, but the attacker then shifts strategies. Whatever you use, make sure to get the latest available client.

The network is still functioning, just a bit sluggish at times. Augur-REP tokens went live yesterday without a hitch so I doubt there will be any trouble with ICN.

I'm at 1.6 million / 2.3 million or something (on downloading Ethereum blockchain using Mist browser) , should I continue or not ? since I've seen some people saying that the blockchain contains something bad ? Also , when we will be able to put our addresses in our ICONOMI account please ?

Then run the parity node using this command on the command line (for linux at least, idk if it's the same command on windows?):
parity --geth

Now when you open your Mist browser, it will connect to parity as the node instead of the default option which is to run and connect to the buggy geth node.

There's no simple way to copy your blockchain files from geth to parity.  Easier to just keep two separate copies of blockchain.

I appreciate the help. After doing this and launching Mist browser again , should I download the Blockchain or It will simply continue from where It stopped ? It already took me several days to reach that amount and I really don't want to start from zero.
If you could tell me what are the worst things could happen If I continue without this parity node ,I would really appreciate it

Fake price, as long as it's an IOU it's not the real price. Not sure who would trust Liqu and their scammy IOU. They can manipulate the price for more profit, exchanges like that don't last so the shilling hopefully will end soon.

Yes you are right and i also dont trust fully of ICN price on Liqui or IOU.Just waiting for it to come in reputed exchanges then we will see and know what is actual price going to be for 1ICN at the start and i really hope the ICN price reaches 0.001Btc and i get some good return of my investements.
