I have no interest in bitcoin mining.  I just want to sell my HD5970 on the marketplace forum.  Can I have access to that so that I can sell my card and be done with this place?  Not that I don't like you all.  I just have 0 interest in bitcoining myself.

THanks,

Sox

Hi,

I have some ideas for establishing trusted identities via verifiable destruction of value that I'd like to post in the development forum. I've also been a bitcoin user for awhile - this username has some posts from last year as well.

Thanks

Hello,
I was hoping to be whitelisted - I'm a lurker of about 6 months interested mostly in FPGA development - BTC mining is a very good application where FPGA could really become mainstream - I was hoping to add to this thread:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=78053.20
The post I've prepared has some suggestions for the new FPGA board and how the features may benefit BTC mining in the future and the board's market/USP.

Many thanks.
JJ.

Hi, I'm Hyphen.
I would like to request to be whitelisted.
I have roughly 3ghash right now, mining with slush.
Been mining for a few months now.
Not a noob...would like to ask a couple questions in a different forum relating to hardware modification relating to cooling, the infamous arctic cooling 5870 coolers as well as a question on custom heatsinks and overall DIY.
Thanks.

If you have a need to be allowed into the forum beyond before you have completed the required 5 posts and 4 hours logged in, please post your request here. You must provide evidence that shows that you either understand more about Bitcoin than the average newbie, or that what you want to post can only be done in another forum. Reasons such as "I'm not a spammer" will be ignored. Try to be as specific as possible.

If you learned of Bitcoin through a currently established member of this forum who feels that you are ready to be released to the rest of the forum or who is willing to mentor you, or if you want to make a new account that is separate from your already-existing established forum account, have the existing user/account vouch for you after you have made your request.

If you are asking to be whitelisted because you are having a problem with something, we generally look more favorably on people who have already attempted to solve their issue in the Newbie board. Even if you end up not qualifying for preemptive whitelisting, your post might still qualify for being moved to another board if you have received insufficient help after a few hours.

Please note: If you see "Jr. Member" by your name, you have already met the 5 posts and 4 hour requirements and don't need to post here. Additionally, after you meet the requirements, it can take up to 10 minutes for your account to be automatically upgraded.

Hello everyone! My name is Diego. I'm new to these forums but not to bitcoin knowledge. I really would like to reach my 5 minimum post to post in a topic I feel is very important. I, like many others, am having problems with MTGOX and would just like to notify MTGOX members about the problems I'm having. I'm hoping to be allowed to post in this topic especially( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=77213.0 ) since it's a recent one I'm being affected by as well which is affecting my business tremendously. MTGOX has been giving me a run around for over three weeks and I don't know what I have to do that I'm an MTGOX verified member but will do whatever it takes to prove my problem exist and is being ignored by MTGOX. I hope to learn and inform through these forums. Thank you all for letting me be a part of these community.

I've done some bitcoin projects but am new to the forum here.

I'm doing code and development for this project:
http://satoshidice.com/

Other projects of mine:
AI Image generation, not bitcoin related
http://1209k.com/nest/

For a while I was selling bitcoin using Google Checkout because I love chargebacks.  They make me all tingly.

Hi,

I have previously visited this forum a number of times to seek info on the latest discussion topics concerning bitcoin hardware, especially FPGAs. I just joined a few minutes ago, I was wondering if I can get permission to interact around the hardware section of this forum; Newegg is offering  a deal on a Sapphire OC 7970, which will end soon.  I wanted to ask the forum of their opinion on this card, pertaining to its power consumption and value.

Thank you

hello, i'd really like to graduate into full membership ASAP. i've been selling various items through some friends, giving them a percentage of my profits, but I've been coming across so much to sell that it's becoming impractical to sell it all through other people. some items i'd like to sell are:
-large can of freeze-dried scrambled eggs w/ ham + peppers
-completed book of state quarters
-rather old first aid guides
-a collapsible cane
-a 1967 pocket dictionary
-an old well-worn leather wallet
and gawd knows what else.

i've already posted enough to show that i'm an actual human being, so thats a start. it's just impractical for me to wait til i'm on for four hours before i begin selling. there are a lot of things i need to get rid of. i'm just very eager to build up my own reputation.

thank you for your consideration.

Please let me out of here.

At first, I had to wait on my initial dwolla deposit before I could buy btc from mtgox so I bought dinner for rg at bitcoin-otc and did some trading there. I'm c1b3rshad3 at bitcoin-otc. I have some ratings there.
After my initial deposit cleared I began buying btc at mtgox and selling them on my Ebay account. I am christopher5216 at Ebay and btw, I've created a group called "The Bitcoin Group" at groups.ebay.com if anyone would like to help me... dun dun dunnn ... occupy Ebay.  I have plenty of good feedback there.

Next, dwolla inacted a policy that required my account to have a deposit on file for 30 days or more (amongst other things) before I could transfer funds to mtgox so I went back to buying btc at bitcoin-otc.

Now I'm getting my btc from mtgox again but I read some stuff about disappearing funds there and that's kind of scary. The posts related to that, that I found, seem to be a year old though.

Since I started playing with fire (selling btc on Ebay) I'm constantly on the hunt for new solutions (aren't we all) and just today I discovered printcoins.com. There seems to be nothing for sell there though so I contacted support with an inquiry. I also came here and found that my hero robkohr is here, alive and well.

Thus, I'm hoping to escape noob jail in order to reply to the appropriate threads that he's active in or pm him.

I won't be asking about how to use pgp, where to spend btc, what btc is, or where to find booby pictures at (lol). Thanks for your consideration and thanks for the forum in general.

ps.. My Mommy is rich and I've successfully convinced her to try bitcoin trading a little via me. Smiley Of course, rich is a relative term and a quite shallow one to be thrown around. Lol, oh yea I forgot I'm 30 also. How I do luv me Mommy.

I too would like to get out of here.

I have been mining since November '11. After experimenting with various setups, my current rig consists of 3x5970's and 1x 5770 running on BAMT. I'm a longtime member of the Ozco freenode community and have been lurking this forum since my first day of mining. I don't currently have any problems or questions to clog up the message board, I'm just looking for the freedom to engage in thread discussions where my experience is welcomed.

**UPDATE** - I have now hit 10 posts and over 4 hours online.

Hello Board,

I have been lurking for a while and my first experience with Bitcoin early in its inception (client 0.2) when I read about the concept on Slashdot.   I do have business interests in Bitcoin but it is because I believe in its utility compared to the larger scheme of things.   I am not here to troll, only to provide and receive feedback, along with communicate with this wonderful community.

I respectfully request to be upgraded to "Jr. Member"

Thank you,
Dal
