Exactly! I think post should be judged by quality, not by count. But that would be hard to be implemented...

I find this 5 post restriction quite frustrating, to disable automatic spammers one post is enough, and if a bot can post a message, then it can post 5

You're right.  A mod would have to regulate every new member coming to the board.  And they'd also have the displeasure of telling people "no".
