On a negative note, this kind of encourages new users to be a little bit spammy right at first, and then let loose into the general boards...

I had the same problem. I sent a PM to a random person because of this. It is a really good idea as we really shouldn't have to trade with trolls or get spammed with scams. I like the newbie restriction system. |
