I think perhaps the 5 post minimum is okay but the 4 hours of activity seems a little excessive to me.
Like I said, I already had been reading these forums before I even decided to register. None of that time counts. Just spending 4 hours doesn't prove that I am actually reading anything or understand what I am reading either. |

It would be interesting to have the additional option to bypass the newbie restrictions via a Bitcoin donation (something like 1BTC would probably stop trolls creating many accounts) or by providing a national ID / citizen card.
