The website is working normally
no it does not. im trying to register since yesterday and it just keeps getting stuck, when "register" is pressed the button turns orange but nothing happens. Tried in both chrome and internet explorer. (win 7) also doesnt seem to work on firefox. (kubuntu) Try to login with your password now, it will work  I have the same problem too when i click the register button after filling my email and password...i tried and tried for hours but nothing happen when i click the Register button. But when i tried to login, i was able to enter the website and i was able to invest...it seem i already registered. So i suggest you to try to login with your email and password now..you are registered already |

It ends October 17th 3PM UTC IF people have 1 year from the end of the ICO To exchange BTCD, how can the final figure for "funds raised" be determined before that 1 year is up / the final balance of Komodo determined? Because its dependent on how many people exchange BTCD right?
We must assume that all the BTCD is swapped, and most probably most of it will. The BTCD's have a promised exchange rate which is used to calculate how many KMD's each BTC and BTCD buy. We have made a calculator for this! Check it outwhat do you mean? the supply wont be exactly fixed, it might increase a little bit more as more people swap ? There are 90 000 000 KMD coins distributed in the ICO (90 % of total supply), that is fixed amount. The BTC we raise is not fixed. Is it clear now? With the calculator linked it is easy to calculate how many KMD's you would receive, if we would raise 2000 BTC total, for example. Wait until all of the site will work normally, and will make swap small amount BTCD.

So i suggest you to try to login with your email and password now..you are registered already ok, this worked for me, thx! so to sum it up: - the site gives no feedback and/or email that your registration went through > i guess thats where most of the confusion comes from - the login can take quite a while overeall i would recommend to add some feedback to the login & register parts. |

I dont think you get what I mean The 90 million Komodo will be distributed to all users who a) invest in the ICO or b) swap BTCD Right? This will be done a couple of weeks after the ICO, right? You arent waiting a full year later to determine final supply #? But what about people who swap BTCD for Komodo in 6 months? Where does that supply come from/how do you know how many people are going to swap ? |

TroubleshootingOur ICO site gives no feedback or confirmation email, so it might seem like it is not working. We are fixing these issues, and they should be done by midnight. We are also going to ad a 2FA feature. Another thing is that the login process can take quite a while, so just wait patiently and it should work. If you: - Can't access site --> Change DNS to google ones (8.8.8.8 ect) - Can't register --> Takes a while and doesn't give feedback right now. - Sign in --> Even if registering seemed to have failed, just try logging in and wait for 30 seconds or more. Should work then. If you are still having problems You need to do this: flush DNSMinimun investment
The minimum investment is 0.0777 BTC. If you send under it, then you will have to do another payment so the total goes over 0.0777 BTC. We have also noticed an investments of exactly 0.0777 is not taken into account, as it should go over that amount. That is a bug, and it will be fixed soon. About the bonus extension
We have promised everyone an chance to get the 25 % first day bonus, and due to the problems we have had some were not able to invest. Thus we have extended the bonus by 24 hours. This has been done only once, and we have no intentions to dilute the early investments! We simply just must give an equal chance for everyone to participate. About the BTCD Swap

Max btc is 30,000 and the ico ends if reached before ico scheduled to end.
Calculations will be at the end of the ico the following way...
Bitcoins collected + total btcd on the market for a swap will be divided by 90,000,000 and you get what % you have invested.
1st day 25% bonus was extended an extra 24hrs due to challenges getting into the site...no terms have changed.

We haven't changed any terms or term, the ICO period has not been extended. A 25 % bonus duration was extended by 24 hours because of the ICO site problems. |

How long should it take for the BTC sent in to show up on our ICO page? I sent some in two hours ago but it has not registered on the web page. Wallet says it's confirmed...
