As far as I know, there is no way to prevent ads on your subreddit and it's also against their rules. I didn't know that, thanks for explaining. Nonetheless it's obviously not good to have your main competitor rank on top with advertisements...It's like Nike advertising their shoes on the Adidas homepage... The least that can be done in such a situation is counter it immediately with a post explaining how Zcoin is much better than Zcash... I have seen Zcoin rise amazingly and am happy that i invested in this coin; i believe in its success... But I also see a lack of winners mentality online, exuded by the Zcoin community... Lets become more aggressive and annex the online discussion more than just rather let the coin grow on exchange trading basis... Zcash is the Nemesis of Zcoin, the arch enemy... so lets start treating it that way.. Either you want this coin to become a Billion dollar coin, or not... in my opinion... Zcash has much to be criticized for so lets give em hell... Thats how you win in a market, not just on tech and hope for gradual mass adoption.. We can learn from DASH for instance... Whatever you think of DASH, they put a great successful effort in Marketing and have a continuous online presence on social media, youtube etc etc... It has clearly worked for them as the price of dash went from 30 to 115 as soon as they started owning the online debating arena.... Go on fiverr, get some animators and start pumping out amazing vids on how Zcoin will be the best of the best... market and growth projections, growth so far.. heck even advertise the possibility of a full force flippening with bitcoin... Get on it, it will catapult this coin, or pay me and i will do it for you... Now the tech is greatly up to level and becoming even better, lets also focus more on awareness and attracting more investors through online marketing. |

Im sure you all find me extremely annoying by now, and I apologize for that  but I do this to keep you thinking... Zcoin and Zcash are in a battle to prevail on the anonymity market (Monero aside) Zcoin is based on the same principle as Zcash, same supply, better development and a mere 1/10 of the price of Zcash.. This should be super attractive for investors... but Zcoin is barely eating Zcash market cap... by all standards Zcoin should be running circles around Zcash by now... It is not happening because there is not much to present to investors... Run an Online Reputation Management campaign, create video's, attack Zcash as Zcoin is clearly the better coin, create at least 20 blog website URL's with the word Zcoin in the domain and start pumping out content daily... Upload content on youtube/ vimeo/ dailymotion, do document and image/video sharing on free websites etc etc... Flush the net with positive Zcoin marketing.. Most new investors are noobs and just want a safe investment and maximum ROI so it is up to the Creators and Developers of Zcoin to chew this up for them, show them the potential and CONVINCE them that Zcoin is the future... I will be happy to take such responsibilities on me and work to promote Zcoin... but im not part of the team and have a day to day job so i can't just spend my days writing kick ass blogs on why Zcoin is the best of the best... but there must be put a marketing manager in place to orchestrate this... It is absolutely imperative for Zcoin to go back into Top30 and higher. Thx and regards |

Indeed, we are looking to improve marketing to international audience. Chinese community and recognition is already quite high. At the moment, we want to improve wallet usability first. Synch issues have been a nuisance to most users, so after this is fixed (next weeks) we can embark on a full promo drive. Besides MTP, we are also working to implement trustless setup, which has been a big criticism of Zcash. In this regard we have made some great strides and will release additional information soon. Don't say anything about the prediction . All works of Zcoin will be solved shortly in this month and We can see many nice movements on this project .
this is good project worth investing in this year. I'm waiting for a big exchange coming.

We need time for waiting, if Zcoin can listed in Poloniex, the price will be up more. Should keep your Zcoin and not panic seller, I see very more people sell more XZC to Sharks and Whales haha  . Zcoin is a good and potential project, I believe 2018 will be the year of Zcoin . Only need time for wait a Big Exchange  |

Some people don't know the real potential of zcoin and They did not keep the valued pearl which has hidden behind this coin. Where is the problem with ZCoin ?
More specificly, where is the ZCoin mining money ?
I am a ZCoin miner since many months. The current network hashrate is 20,000 MHs A pool like SuprNova is 500 MHs (40 time less than all the network). The reward is 40 XZC for one block each 10 mn. For one week, the reward is 40 XZC per ten mn x 6 time 10 mn per hour x 24 hours per day x 7 days per wek = 40,320 XZc per week. SuprNova should win 40,320 XZC per week for all the network / 40 time less than all the network (hashrate) = 1008 XZc per week or 25,2 blocks a week (1008 XZc / 40 XZC per bloc). Then last week, SuprNova earned only 16 blocs with an (un)luck of 113,18 : the unluck would be 25,2 I 16 = 157,5 ( https://xzc.suprnova.cc/index.php?page=statistics&action=blocks). A unluck of more 150 for all a week is quasi impossible !!! And it is the same thing for the week before : allways less reward than expected, even for a long time. I had a look to others pools (pool.mn and maximiner) : It's the same or worse. WHERE GOES THE XZC MINING REWARD ?

Suprnova only gets a block each 7-8 hours... indeed I moved to miningpoolhub because of this fact as this pool finds a block each 10-11min (10Ghs)
