We are all created in God's image and with the sense of God and a Creator. We were designed to seek for our purpose and that could only be found in our Creator. Hence in every culture, civilization or even tribes, we always acknowledge that we are all created beings and that there is someone is powerful who caused everything to exist.

He is existing in our minds because He owns us. We are just blessed because He gave us the free will that we sometimes take for granted. God is the one who created us and he cant take our lives whenever He wants. We should always put in mind that God is still God with us but we are nothing without Him. |

I think you answered your own question in the subject like of this thread. Why does God exist? Because people's minds make him real to them. Why is he in everybody's mind? Because religious people can't keep their goddamn mouths shut and keep talking about God.  If we would look at the history if mankind. Even the uncivilized and undeveloped people who has not yet heard and experience technologies. The natives and those who are hardly reached people, they also have their own god. Because of this idea of a supreme being that must be worship, in order to fulfill this need in their lives they invent gods, names or even erect images that would represent their god and worship it. I think this mentality cannot be taken away from human. |

People tend to look back into how everything started and thereof speculated that a higher being is responsible for everything, which is God.

Cause God created us, so God will be always on our mind, we can resist God is The Creator all universe, even some people doesn't believe or have faith in God. Till that days God will raise all of us, if we believe and fulfill He's the ten commandments of God. Like or dislike we cannot deny God was exist and always gave us Love to all of us.
