If your government doesn't itemize their services, and let you BUY the services that you want, and not buy the services you don't want, with a receipt showing where your money went, they are embezzling your money from you.

Someone taking something from someone without their consent does not "become theft" depending upon how they then spend that stolen money.

The act itself is what classifies it as theft. Not actions taken afterwards.

I do feel like tax is theft. But mostly because the amount that I get taxed is way too large and I get no saying whatsoever in how my tax money gets used. Most of it gets spent on absolute bullshit that is detrimental to society and the environment, so even if it wasn't theft, it would still be a crime to this entire planet.

We need a tax system in which every tax payer can allocate portions of their tax to different proposed projects. Think of a tax-portfolio. If garbage isn't disposed of properly, then people will reallocate parts of their tax into that area until it's fixed. If governments spend too much on a politician's private hairdresser or their pens (lolGermany/France), then people can take out some of their "politician utilities" tax allocations and shift them elsewhere.

But as is, tax is a necessary evil that is left-over from a time that we should've long moved on from.

Disobeying is not always a bad thing. It depends upon your action why are you disobeying.

I live in a small place where in politicians are having a good life from the taxes we are paying. They get a lot of taxes from us, they start making projects but, most of the money are not going to the project but going into their hands, they are corrupting the money we give them, in short, they are living from our taxes. I am not saying all the government officials are like this, but they are taking advantage of their positions.

Yeah, but they will still be shit and have corrupt fuckheads in charge. As long as the Blockchain or a similar decentralized technology isn't used to clear out how and where tax money is spent governments will simply be a fucking parasite that can't be stomped out because too many people just simply don't care at about the world that they live in.

Ultimately it doesn't matter if you understand the rules and know how to play the game, but it's still a disgrace that something that calls itself a public servant is just a scam artist.

That is true, but only in theory. In reality things are vastly different and a lot of or even most of the money is wasted on inefficient bullshit or greedy/corrupt assholes.
