I chose both, bitcoin and ripple can be a good investment for profit, but for the most part of the money I invest in bitcoin because it is the most powerful coin.
These are two different coins with different sets of perks and advantages. I invest in both because Ripple can't give what BTC can and vice versa. I hold them for long term.

how can you compare two completely different coins? Ripple is still a long-term investment, anyway. bitcoin has more advantages

I think Bitcoin is much better. Bitcoin is made so that it is harder to get it every year. The costs of mining the block are constantly rising and by the end of the year the cost of bitcoin mining and mining for bitcoin will be already 9 thousand dollars. And Ripple is just a coin and also with a premin

It is impossible to replace Bitcoin, but it is still possible to surpass Bitcoin in market capitalization. It is necessary to know that the banking giants have not participated in the investment. If XRP can rise, they will bring cryptocurrency to grow again, but this may be It will take several years.

from the big players, we see very strong support for Bitcoin, so I believe that it will be still very long in a singer place. Ripple is unlikely to move him from the singing place

Ripple and Bitcoin are two different things. Bitcoin is a decentralized cryptocurrency, while XRP is controlled and distributed by the company. XRP is not a pure currency, it is a fuel for platform operation. Ripple provides instant transaction which almost free, that’s the biggest advantage. Many banks use it, but it doesn’t reflect on the coin’s price. Bitcoin is a self-sufficient and independent coin with high potentials in terms of price and technology.

Bitcoin and ripple are both good but I choose no other than bitcoin. Because bitcoin has a great potential to give more profit than ripple. You may invest them both 60 percent on bitcoin and 40 percent on ripple so that you won't regret in the future.

For now I think Ripple is the real main competitor for bitcoin. More and more big company and goverment institution use Ripple blockchain. But Ripple doesn't represent the spirit of blockchain and cryptocurrency itself. There is a big different between Ripple and Bitcoin. Bitcoin exist and became famous because it decentralized, and Ripple is centralized. So I think Ripple will be never replace bitcoin place as Market leader.

I think that we can't separate bitcoin and ripple. They are both huge cryptocurrencies and I wish that bot of them will be integrated by our governments in economy.

I choose both, and that depends on the market situation. now XRP is predicted to rise, but it's too late to buy because the price has reached a high price. usually eth will follow the price of xrp.

if in my opinion, it is very unlikely if Riple will replace the position of bitcoin, because after all bitcoin is the parent of all coins.
Many people are interested in bitcoin, because the bitoin exchange rate is unlimited between countries ,so they think that bitcoin is a very flexible exchange rate

Neither.
XRP will no longer show pirouettes, as in the good old days, along with TRX and XVG. And bitcoin is still trying, but also, I think, dies. Probably, medium-low coins will occupy the top.
Interesting point of view. I don't think they will let BTC just die. There is no indication of it going off the market any time soon. Although I agree that altcoins will be as profitable as BTC soon.

I still believe in the stability of Bitcoin. Bitcoin is a valuable electronic money that affects the entire Altcoin market, including ripple. Although, the ripple is a potential coin, it always depends on Bitcoin. Therefore, I would choose Bitcoin soon, then would look into other coin, which has ripple.

Could Ripple XRP replace bitcoin before it is widely accepted?
If ripple allows users to send money instantly and almost fee free, with a pretty and easy to use UI.
Plenty of money to burn on advertising and reputation building.
Business and Financial connections likely to get them accepted on large merchant sites.
Why would the average person have any interest in Bitcoin?

More important could Ripple become controlled by business or government?

I'm not suggesting any of this is fact.
Just wanna hear the opinions of people that actually know stuff.

I will go for both, i cannot pick one because bitcoin is a good and promising coin also good on long term investment, and Ripple is also a good and promising coin and a cheap coin that good for long term investment also. Smiley

Ripple can ne'er replace Bitcoin. Bitcoin isn't admire different cryptocurrencies as a result of bitcoin incorporates a higher trust and is established . additionally, bitcoin is already too fashionable and also the wider community has already received bitcoin. whereas ripple isn't credible in cryptosuite

Bitcoin is the most trusted crypto currency at the moment. I believe in Bitcoin and hope that the price is going to raise again and we will see another bull run. Ripple is not a crypto currency for me, thats why it does not make sense to compare them.

I choose Bitcoin because the price of Bitcoin is much higher than Ripple. And Bitcoin is still the best coin and the most invested in all coins.

In my opinion, Ripple is not approved by people.  because they all reached out to bitcoin due to its decentralization and that is why bitcoin is so popular!
